Home Genius was very prompt and the whole process went smoothly. I requested a last minute material change and they made the change right away. They left the property nicer then when they came with their clean up. The crew was polite, quick and clean.

My whole experience was fantastic! Devin originally knocked on my door and Tim came by go over the estimate with me! Mike kept me updated throughout the project and swept my entire driveway when he came by to inspect! Start to finish in less than 2 weeks! Iâ m beyond impressed!

Mike, Lauren, and the installers were great!! Lauren is my favorite person but Mike kept us informed during the entire project! Even helped me put a bundle in the garage because the shingle is a discontinued color! I will be recommending them to anyone! It was a pleasure to work with them!

A professional job was done. The whole process went as agreed in the contract. The whole roof was done in one day. The crew was diligent in there work. I would recommend them to others thinking about a roof replacement. I didn't have a metal roof installed and opted for conventional shingles.

They come up really nice but they do not do what they say they're going to do. I got my roof in our post to get basic and soffit when it came down to it. They did my roof and they told me in the mix of finish in my roof that they cannot do basic and soffit and throughout the work I told them that I wanted them to replace old wood that was rotted because I hate leaks in my roof, they were doing the work over bad wood. They did not want to replace it it and they rushed to do it and they also hind wires on my gutters when they were replacing them. I have not recommend them they don't do the work their self they hire people more like commercial. They hire Mexicans who don't speak English and they don't be there when they don't wanna work so they're not doing the work properly I have you don't recommend because there were so many things they skipped over that I had to tell them about , and if I wasn't there it wouldn't have got done so I'm giving them a very bad review. I have pictures and details to show please please do your research I strongly . Don't recommend. I spent 20,000 and I will spend an additional 10,000 to repair what they did not. It's just waste of money and time that I don't have. when they told me with the 20,000 everything will be done they lied to me and they did not complete what I paid for if I did not hire other contractors to show me what they did wrong I would've never known and it makes of that I already knew they were ripping me off with charging me that much just for the roof without doing the other repairs but I still paid and I will never go back to them again
