They did not take too long to do the roof, they came out quickly to do the roof and came when I asked. One company I received an estimate from wouldnâ t come out for months. Home Genius was here and finished the roof in less than 2 weeks! Everyone I worked with was great.

Excellent customer service from appraisal through finished product. Guarantees and financing terms excellent. Roofing crew was actually on-site half an hour before expected, and working within 15 minutes; professional, competent and courteous, and did an amazingly efficient clean-up of the site. Gutter installers were likewise in all aspects. I'm very pleased.

The first step when they came to look at the roof was very thorough, Katie did a great job looking over what needed to be done. The entire process was very efficient. The final result was very good and the roof looks great. They took 2 days to finish but I am happy they did because they took the time to make sure it was done right and they took extra time to clean up as well. Great workers all around!

I was approached by a random salesman who was canvassing the neighborhood. Usually I would not even talk to someone like that but the young man was well dressed and friendly, and it was a project that I needed to have done. So I spent a little bit of time talking with him, and he set an appointment for two days after that for me to meet with a project Director who would give me an estimate Again I was leery, but it sounded like a reputable company. I did my due diligence research on the Internet. The drone videos that they took of my house showed more damage to the roof than I had known about. When I indicated an interest in going ahead with the project, A date was set within a week. They asked for a minimal deposit. The workers worked well together and they worked hard. After the project was done they cleaned up all around the house. Their work was exceptional as was their customer service orientation. I would definitely hire this company again! They communicated with me extensively during the project to make sure I was happy with what was happening. Everyone who was involved with my project was exceptional! I am extremely pleased to recommend them as highly as possible.
