Carefully read the contract and have it checkedby your attorney before signing. There are no siscouts for seniors or veterns. Ask questions before you sign. Presentation and represenation are great but working through their system can be a harrowing experience. The job looks great however roof. chimney flashing, the sky light even though it was not placed where I indicated I wanted it... the gutters and downspouts aren't done yet...clean up is great but the dumpster is still sitting on the street in front of the house.Overall I'm satisfied and it looks great.

They were very nice, but I had alittle difficulty when it came to understanding the amount of money I gave to them and the amount I still owed.I had to communicate with three different people before it was finally straightened out.Afterwards, the majority of the project was done.A week later, my final issues, such as final cleanup was addressed.

This company cares. They put people above profit. I was in a bad situation, after a nasty winter my roof seemed to be disintegrating before my eyes. It went really fast. Then Daryl stepped up to help me out of a difficult situation. Within hours they expedited the crew, and Walter and Lauren ordered materials and made my roof a priority. Now with three days of rain coming I know my house is protected and it looks gorgeous.

If you want a company who excels in all aspects of a job, these are your guys. From Darryl (inspector, estimator) to Lauren (scheduler) to Walter (project mgr.) to installers, all went above and beyond. Contacted on Friday and job completed on Tuesday! Great job guys!

Great sales process, got all the information needed. Delivered what was promised in the timeframe that was promised for the price that was promised. Quality materials were used, fair price. I definitely recommend them.

The Home Genius Exteriors team does excellent work. From the initial quote to the final walk through they are professional, patient, and, perhaps most importantly, available. I'm not completely "roofing naive" and I can say that their craftsmanship is top notch. They are a bit pricey in my opinion BUT I believe it to be a "you get what you pay for situation." You will certainly be in safe and certain hands with Mike, Walter, Luis and company. I would 100% keep them in mind for future projects.

I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it.

I highly appreciate the responsiveness to my emergency situation. Brendan was personal, professional, friendly and knowledgeable with his products. I feel like I am getting a good value for my money with a company I can trust.

I just had one of their teams replace my front porch roof. They did an excellent job, from planning to the job itself. I never needed to chase anyone down for info, and the work crew was polite and effective!

I had 3 proposals for my project. Home Genius stood out from the others. Brandon was the rep that I worked with. He was by far the most professional of the 3. Spent a lot of time going over everything that was needed. He went into the attic to check on things under the roof. The others did a drive by to check the work that needed to be done. Promised work would be done in 2 weeks once everything was agreed upon. They were here as promised. Brent handled everything from start to finish was a man of his word. The workers came when they were suppose to, always on time and really got into the job. Everything was explained fully for my understanding. Not only was the owner of Home Genius Exterior,Mr. Brent Miller, professional, he was very friendly and made sure you were satisfied with the work being done. He came everyday to make sure the job was being done correctly too. My satisfaction was very important to Mr. Miller and his crew. The project was top notch and I surely would hire Home Genius Exteriors again.

I have dealt with several home improvement companies and individuals. Home Genius Exteriors was a breath of fresh air. They were pleasant and professional from the initial phone call and meeting to the installers. They presented all of the information, answered all questions and everything was done within the window of time that we discussed and agreed to. I am very pleased with the results. The color match was perfect and the installation was efficient and neatly done. I highly recommend this company.

Very nice craftsmanship. They replaced a 35 year old gutter and matched the color perfectly with the soffit and fascia. Would definitely recommend them too anyone.
