+ -1 moreTom was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He returned my call within an hour of my leaving the initial message to schedule an appt. (this alone was impressive---I called 2 other names from Angies list and they never returned my call). He had a lot of times and days available which was great as our schedule that week was quite hectic. He arrived early and immediately set about to work. He is a total professional and very pleasant to work with. He spent a lot of time on our work and remained upbeat and happy throughout---most would have gotten snippy! We are very happy to have found him and plan to use him as our go-to for all our computer woes. And I have already passed along his number to a few friends and relatives.
Description of Work: Tom fixed the wifi system in our home which had been giving us headaches for quite some time. This was a difficult job as we have 2 wifi modules bridged together. He also worked to clean up and speed up a PC.

Description of Work: I called and left a message. Tom called me back the next day. I explained to him that I had a 5 or 6 yr old laptop which my mother was running that was extremely sluggish and needed a tune up. He advised me that because it was running Windows XP, it would need updated to Windows 7 as a base of making it run better. Tom said that because of this expense and service fee that I would be much better off buying a new laptop. I considered this good advice especially due to the fact that he was pushing business away:) I thought this deserved a good report.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I are very pleased and impressed with Tom Yost's ability , knowledge of computers. We highly recomment " Hey PC GUY, LLC"
Description of Work: On 3/25/11, and 6/17/11 Tom ,who came the day we called him. did an excellent job tranferring our documents and files and from an old HP Windows 98 to HP Windows XP. He also did a super job fixing our left pane, flashing ads (which drove us crazy )to the CORRECT right pane- now not flashing and constant ad.
