Response from Hausler Roofing Inc
[member name removed] contracted us to install a new roof on the rear of his house. At the time he also indicated to us that he had problems with his front gutter area. We also gave him a price to perform the proper repairs on this front area. He chose to not have us perform the work on the front as recommended. The roofing installation on the rear portion was completed in professional and workmanlike manner and he was completely satisfied with this job. Since the installation of the work on the rear of the home [member name removed] has not given us any indication there was a problem with the installation. [member name removed] continued to have problems associated with his front box gutters and we made an effort to patch these gutters, at nominal charge, without warranty to try to buy him some time. In fact he requested an update of the proposal for the proper work on the front box gutters and filed the F rating while we were in the process of generating the costs. The inclement weather delayed the generation of the new proposal. This F rating by [member name removed] is neither warranted nor justified.
