Description of Work: Tried several attempts to contact provider to schedule an appointment for my Big Deal offer. Almost always got answering machine and left a couple of messages as well as used online contact from over a three week period. After my last attempt I requested a refund from Angie's List for my offer. Only then did I happen to receive a follow-up call, but for me it was too late.
