Description of Work: The young couple who you sent were very professional, mannerly and friendly. They cleaned everything I asked them to clean, and were quite efficient with their time. However, I did not like your "green" cleaning products - I would much rather have cleaners that will work with water. As long as you clean with the waterless cleaners, I will not use your service again. Also, I was not informed that I would be charged an extra fee to drive to Coraopolis until after the work was finished.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for up to 4 Rooms of Professional Carpet Cleaning. The scheduling went fine, the work went well, and that we would consider hiring them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets in the livingroom and diningroom and hallways. Arrived on time. Very professional and did a very good job.

Description of Work: Six hour cleaning special. Not great attention to detail, floors not thought cleaned, corners missed. Many areas cleaner but not totaly clean. Did a nice job on bathrooms.

Description of Work: They did pretty good. The order was to fix minor repairs. Some boards were loose and I thought they would fix this but had no nails to do it.

Description of Work: Had 3 apartments cleaned in the same day. Quality of work was great. I did find the price to be a bit high, though they did have 4 total people working. Cost ended up coming to about $300/apt ... but to be fair, 2 of them were in terrible condition. | |They also did my home a few weeks prior, and did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. | |Overall, they are the best cleaning service I have used so far.

Description of Work: This was the second time I had my house cleaned by Leslie and Melissa. I couldn't be happier with the young ladies! Most importantly, they put up with my dogs! I plan to have them come on a bi-weekly basis.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in one area and tile in 3 bathrooms. They were able to remove dirt from the grout that I never thought would be able to be removed.

Description of Work: Although I have used Hadad at least two other times, I again purchased a Big Deal. I am always impressed with their work and their employees. This time I've actually called to ask to be placed on as a "regular".

Description of Work: Two employees arrived at the scheduled time and, after asking if we had any special cleaning instructions, went straight to work. They cleaned all bedrooms, two baths, the kitchen, and living and dining rooms. If I used this provider again (and I would), I'd ask them to use the cleaner I have on hand for my hardwood floors because the finish is better (shinier rather than dull). Otherwise, I have no complaints or issues. They were careful with our artwork and other delicate objects. In the end, the house was thoroughly dusted and cleaned and the scent in the air was fresh without being overpowering. Excellent job.

Description of Work: I made an appt for them to clean our carpets and furniture. They were beyond professional and were even concerned about keeping my newborn awake while they were cleaning because of the noise, but that was not a problem at all and he was able to sleep through the cleanings. They were on time and the quality of the work was great. Both employees were very professional and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to using their services in the future. I am very happy with the results...they were able to get stains out the carpet that we haven't been able to for over 5 years!
