Terrific! Professional and well done.

Very well. They showed up on time, cleaned the carpeting in the whole house in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. Careful of the furniture. Definitely would hire again.

Overall the carpets were cleaned well. I really enjoyed the smell of the product and it was a significant improvement in the carpets; however there were some clear spots that were not treated.

I highly recommend them. Their charges reflect the size of the house of apartment and seem fair.

Two-person crew showed up a little late, but were pleasant and professional. They did a nice job cleaning, but it was more like a weekly or bi-weekly type cleaning -- not a top to bottom spring cleaning of the entire house. But, for that price, one would not expect that.

Haddad's kept in communication with me scheduling, confirming and on the day, exactly when they would arrive. The girls that came out did a wonderful job as my house was quite a mess.They did a fantastic job and my house finally looks good again. I will not hesitate to use their service in the future.

They showed up but didn't thoroughly clean my house. There was three of them. They said that they had a time-table that they had to follow, they only had an hour. They left without doing a lot of the work. It was not worth $150.00 unless you want to pay $50.00 an hour for housecleaning. I feel like they were dishonest and they misrepresented their services. Also, they broke some things and didn't report it to me. I think that they rushed the bathroom but the part that I saw seemed to turn out pretty well, but if somebody is dishonest, you cannot trust that they washed the floor carefully. I was busy so I wasn't checking behind the toilet to make sure that it was cleaned. They did come around on time.

It was fine. They did a pretty good except for one room. I had them come back and redo one room. They were very good about that. They had no problem coming back and doing it.

This was a big deal service. We were really satisfied. There were two of them. They came in and cleaned really thoroughly a lot of, like, details in the bathroom. They were still sort of in and out within a few hours, but they paid attention to a lot of details in my kitchen and bathroom.

Hadad exceeded my expectations. When they gave me an estimate, I felt it was high but i decided to hire them despite that hesitation. They made promises about extensive cleaning and sanitizing, and I must admit i was doubtful that they would perform as promised. I am very pleased with the work they did, which lived up to their promises. They cleaned professionally and thoroughly. They were also accommodating about adding carpet cleaning at the last minute. the price they quoted for carpet cleaning was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but I didn't have time to make other arrangements and they kindly added the service.

Not well. Men were very nice but all they did was reorganize what was already on the shelves. They threw away a couple of dried up paint. That was it.

I just paid the fee that I paid through Angie’s List. They did not charge any more.

Lima's team arrived on time and deep cleaned the entire house including the garage. Everything was cleaned well. Very little was missed. The cost was a little higher than I would have liked but the work was well done and the workers were polite and efficient.

Hadad did a terrific job: they really cared about the quality of their work and went about it as if it were their own garage. I am really proud of it now and grateful for the work they did. They were generous, non-judgmental, and completely professional.

fine, but not what I needed & not worth the money. It was quite difficult setting up the appointment. I had just moved & the house was empty. I was hopeful the house would have been washed top to bottem. It was simpley wiped clean as a normal routine cleaning.

The women were pleasant, but seemed annoyed when I tipped them...obviously I didn't tip enough. This was NOT a deep cleaning. No furniture moved, no baseboards cleaned, corners left untouched. This was a surface cleaning.

There was a last minute scheduling problem (attributable to office assistant) and they did not arrive until 1:40 pm (the appointment was initially scheduled between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm). They appeared to be unhappy because this job was added to their schedule at the last minute--not a great start. For $159, they spent 1 hour and ten minutes. The floor was washed, however, not sanitized! The deep corners of the garage were ignored, and several of the storage bins were stacked but not dusted. They did do an okay job organizing the bins. However, it is a one-car garage and as it was not Packed with items. I believe they could have done a better job cleaning and sanitizing. As the owner indicated they would return, but never contacted me to reschedule I had to make arrangements to sanitize the floor on my own. This clearly can be substantiated by the fact that one week prior, I hired a cleaning service for $144. The cleaned the entire home and left it spotless and immaculate. (Three women at 6 hours for $144.00

Pretty well. Hard workers. Pet odor still lingers a bit. Tough stain, though. Great job getting out other stains.

I write this review as a second company is cleaning my carpets, a week after Hadad did. This was made necessary by the tremendous stench that resulted from the Hadad cleaning. I could not work in my office because my eyes were stinging, even a week later. In fairness, I did not complain to Hadad or give them a chance to fix the situation. In my judgement, they're simply not a professional carpet-cleaning service. Toward making my house habitable again ASAP, I thought it best to cut ties, eat the money I paid to Hadad, and hire someone else. "Someone else" theorizes that the problem originated with Hadad uses a wand, as opposed to a rotary jet extractor. Wands clean superficially, he said--only the top third of the carpet's pile. Yet they get the carpet wet through. So the filth deep in the pile is moisturized but not removed. This theory has been supported by the brown filth extracted from my carpet today (photo). Again, this a mere week after Hadad's cleaning. The carpet in question is the thinnest imaginable and had no padding. I can't even imagine what plusher carpets would be like. Summary: hire someone who uses a rotary jet extractor. You will pay more, but then again, you won't have to hire someone else to fix things. My carpet looks and smells vastly better now than it did when Hadad left.

They were fine. First of all, they came late. I remember them calling early in the morning and told me they would be late. They came late at about 10 o’ clock. They did an adequate job. I have used them in the past and the first ones were better than the second. The price was worth it to me at the time because I was unable to do it myself so the price was okay.

The "deal" was for a deep cleaning, but I did not think they did a very thorough job. Even at a quick glance dust bunnies were still on the floor, bathroom tub/shower still needed attention after they left. They did a solid job in the kitchen and basic vacuuming in the bedrooms, but overall I was not impressed. Maybe my expectations were too high, but based on the description of services to be provided and having used similar offers from other cleaning services in the past, I was disappointed.

The service went well. They could have been more meticulous and have a better system of cleaning sofa.

Fantastic. The two men did a great job taking their time to do a detailed job on my couch. It looks brand new. They were very courteous and did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend and will use again on future jobs.
