+ 0 moreI had a lot of water damage from a storm. I called 3 contractors Craig from Hadad Services Was the first to respond. of the 3 two actually responded. Craig's Bid was Approx. 10% higher and when I questioned him he enlightened me about the possibility of Lead Paint and that he was going to use every precaution to ensure our family was safe. He also was replacing the attic insulation in and around the effected area the other contractor wasn't he said it is fine he would just dry it out? Craig tested for lead and none was present however he still took the precautions as if there were. He repaired the ridge vent system on the roof removed the Damaged Ceiling, Insulation and carpeting. Replaced everything back to original plus sat with my wife and helped her choose a new color scheme. Thanks Craig we love the job I would recommend you anytime.

THEY LISTENED TO WHAT CHANGES "WE" WANTED DONE WITH OUT QUESTIONING THE REASONS. WHAT A DELIGHT IT WAS TO WORK WITH THE "HADAD" CREW. WE LOOK FORWARD TO THEM RETURNING IN THE SPRING!
Description of Work: OUR HOUSE WAS DAMAGED EXTENSIVELY FROM LAST YEARS SNOW STORM. + -1 moreWhat I liked is I made one call and everything was done in a very timely manor. This was important because we had to be out of our other house. When they were done with the work they sent professional cleaners to clean, all we had to do was move in. There was one person in charge who I dealt with and he dealt with the workers. So I did not have to make too many calls. The work was stress free and affordable.
Description of Work: Before we moved into our 86 year old home. We had painting done in 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and powder room They did a great job. We also had carpet installed for the entire house. Had tile laid in our kitchen floor.
