We had basically moved everything before they got there. They moved some of the heavier furniture once they got there. They came in, got it done, and did a good job.

There are no words to describe how awful their cleaning was. I asked them to clean an EMPTY house. They charged around 600 dollars because my house is big. They came and they cleaned. I asked them to come back and clean again because the people they sent did not do a good job. I ended up HIRING ANOTHER cleaning service to clean after them. They are awful. There are so many wood surfaces that they never cleaned as well as floor surfaces. I can provide pictures of all the dirty rags AFTER they supposedly cleaned. There was no attention to detail. Despite my house being empty SEVERAL surfaces were untouched and uncleaned. I have proof from the SECOND CLEANING SERVICE I hired to clean after them.

I purchased the Big Deal from Angie's list for $99 for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. When I called, I was able to set up an appointment for about a week and a half later. I had a living room, small dining room, a hallway, and a playroom cleaned. The day of the service, 2 guys showed up, saw what needed to be done and told me it would take about 30 minutes. They moved 3 couches to make sure the entire rooms were cleaned and did a wonderful job getting out some marks that we had on the carpeting. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again in the future!

They were very late for their appointment, but they did call us to tell us they would be late. Used an Angie's list coupon, so the price was good, but you know the old adage - yo get what you pay for. They were very late and we were their last stop for the day. They were clearly hot and tired and in a hurry. In the course of cleaning the carpet in our bedroom, they broke one of our lamps. They were not very apologetic or accomodating. They offered to give us free stain guard becasue they had broken our lamp, which we declined. The lamp was not expensive, but they were not great dealing with their clumsiness caused by them being in a hurry and tired. They had good equipment, but I am convinced they would have dohne a betteer job if they had taken more time - which they did not, again because they were clearly in a hurry to finish their day.

At first my experience was a little rocky, the crew they sent to clean my house was not doing a great job. I called Karen at the office and she reacted immediately. Her husband arrived at my house to evaluate the situation and he immediately said that he was going to send another crew out the next day to do the job over. The first crew cleaned ok but left lots of dusting undone. I was incredibly impressed by the responsive owner assistance. The problem was handled very professionally, I was not made to feel uncomfortable . They handled the problems with the first crew at the office, not in my home. The crew the second day did a fabulous job and Karen showed up to make sure. Can't ask for any more than that!

They were easy to contact, quickly got me an appointment, showed up on time. They were efficient, polite and did a great job.

The two guys arrived on time. They were neat, thorough and professional. I showed them a few specific stains and most came up completely. One was significantly improved. I was on my way out of town for a trip as soon as they were done so it was lovely to come home to everything looking so good when I returned to the house.

Two ladies were on time and thorough. Cleaned my house well from top to bottom.

Bob brought his helper. Arrived on time and explained what they would do. Very professional, courteous, can't believe how brighter the rooms look.

They did a really nice job. I was very pleased with the work they did. They were here for about three hours. They were very nice and came when they said they were going to come.

Went fine. They also played a bit with my 2 year old puppy which was nice (actually no one can resist her, she's a Golden-doodle)

They travelled quite a distance to get to me. The guys that cleaned out the carpet were fantastic but their cleaning crew by themselves was not up to par. Out of the three in the cleaning crew two of them were inexperienced and one was experienced and the one who was experienced was training the other two. It is probably not the best thing to do to have some training people with you when I paid $900 to have house cleaned top to bottom. So I will not use them ever again for cleaning. Though they cleaned everything not everything was clean at the end. I could not go around every single nick and cranny though I got them to do some things over again. If you are training them, train them elsewhere not in a customer’s house. One guy was so new he did not know what he was doing. Price wise I did not get what I paid for. The steaming crew that worked on the carpet was very good. I recommend them highly but not the cleaning crew. I would use a different company for the cleaning and then go back to their steaming crew. Due to the bad services there were some adjustments in the final price because they are saying that I owe them another $452. I informed them that I did not get quality of the cleaning crew behind me and I already paid $400 and something for everything else. I am not going to pay another $452 for the quality they provided. I had to clean myself. I don’t have a problem paying if they did a good job.

the workers called about 15 mionutes before, giving me time to put out our black lab in the basement. They use a powerful truck mount cleaner which really got the job done. We have the neighborhood house with kids always staying over so our furniture really gets dirty. They got out every stain and cleaned it so well that my girlfriend thought I bought new furniture. They are really good at this and I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM.The price was good too.Hadad's does great work at great prices.I will be definatly calling them again in a few months.

They did such a nice job on the carpeting, I asked if they could do the dining room and kitchen chairs' upholstery. They were able to accomodate me and did a great job on them, too.

It wasn't a bad experience with them, it was okay. Their pricing and quality was not so bad. Their cleaning wasn't a really good one but there was much to be done, so I guess it's alright.

They wanted to schedule both jobs to be done one the same day, which should have been my first red flag. I have a grand piano in my living room and after telling me how much steam they would be using I told them not to do the carpets. For the two Big Deals I was expecting to get my entire house cleaned, and my carpets as well, what I ended up getting was my house cleaned and the carpets weren't touched. Next they tried to convince me to let them come in when I wasn't home, which even though they were bonded and insured I wasn't comfortable with. After a while I let them come in without me there, and when I came back, the house was a mess. The chemicals they used caused the paint on my cabinets to flake off and also draw the dye out of my older linoleum floors. Whoever did the bathrooms did a good job, but the whole issue with scheduling, then insisting on cleaning without my being there, and then coming back to a mess in my kitchen, this experience was not a good one.

They called prior to arriving, toured the house, explained what they would be doing, and explained the charge for extra areas to be cleaned. They were fast, thorough, and I will use this company again.

They were very nice and professional. Two people came in and they brought their own cleaning products. That was nice. They were efficient.
