Two young ladies arrived at the time appointed. We did a walk through of the house, which is a two bedroom 1 bath and a half bath, laundry room, large living room/dining room, large den, and kitchen. They went to work, and in three hours, the house was spotless, even the top of the refrigerator which is semi-built in and not easy to get to. Both ladies were very pleasant, and this was an excellent experience. I recommend Hadad Services highly.

I purchased the $99 deal to have 4 areas cleaned and ended up adding one additional area for an additional charge of about $30. They showed up on time and did a nice job. They did everything I expected, and I would use their services again.

From the time Jenn, Melissa and Ashley walked in they were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job!

After purchasing the Big Deal, I called Hadad directly to schedule. They got me on the schedule quickly and gave good information when I asked questions.

The two women (Kristi & Katie) cleaned thoroughly and worked hard (no break!). The hardwood floors never looked so good. Only negative - they check (basement/laundry room as needed) as done, but they did not go to basement. I would have liked the basement steps swept.

Fair. The arrived 90 minutes late, were supposed to take 4 hours, only took 2 hours. Work they did was good but could have done more.

Deal for spring cleaning whole house @ $179, felt they did a good job could have used more work on wiping down the cupboards. The deal was for 10 hrs (5 hrs each 2 people) but they didn't stay the whole time. Will use the service again.

The two cleaning women came on the 14th of Sept. a little before 10 a.m. and having had them the first time, we knew we were in good hands. The also came well prepared with all of the cleaning supplies and made my dog Mitsie feel they were old friends. With very little fuss or directions needed from us, they went right to work and without a break finished a great job of cleaning in about two hours. The work was very thorough and as before when I asked them to do a little work on our front screen door, they complied with no complaints! We had arranged for Carpet cleaning on Sept 19th at 9:00 a,m and a little before that the carpet cleaners called and said they would arrive in five minutes which they did! I had picked all of our light stuff off of the floors and the carpet men moved all the heavy furniture and after assuring us the cleaning chemicals were pet safe, went right to work. To make sure our Mitsie (a mini Dachshund) was safe from the chemicals and not under foot we took her out side till we were given the all clear! Any furniture that was on the wet carpet, we saw the cleaners had put on fiber blocks or plastic strips. They were finished in less than an hour and said to turn our fans and furnace on to help the drying process which was done in about four or five hours!

They were very good. They paid attention to what I asked and used good products on the hardwood flooring, for example. They were very meticulous. There was one small problem: they thought it was going to be a smaller job than it was and it took them a lot longer than they expected. I let them know how many rooms when scheduling the appointment, but the person I spoke with must not have relayed that information.

Although they had a difficult time finding us, when they arrived they got right to work. When they had questions, they asked me. Overall, they did a very good job.

They did a great job. The housecleaning was needed to prepare for a party, and the house looked great when they were finished.

When they first came we had just had renovation done on the laundry room which is off the kitchen, the waim scoting on the walls had to be sanded, and we had dust all over the home. Hadad came twice to address all this mess. It cost more on these occasions and they broke it up by each floor and addressed each floor per visit. Thereafter they have come every two weeks. They are absolutely excellent. They have a division to do window and porches as well. I think they are top notch. I'm happy with the price. The owner even came once when their vacuum had broken down to bring a replacement.

The two men called me when they were on their way, arrived early and were very professional. The rugs hadn't been cleaned in a while and I was very satisfied with their work.

Came out. Did the work and were gone in 2 hours. I have contracted Coit in the past. these guys were faster and cheaper. The carpets ended up just as clean with half the b******** sales job.

I purchased a deal for whole house maid service cleaning. 3 workers came and we able to clean the entire house in just under 2 1/2 hours. The job was done well. Everything was moved to clean and put back as best as possible. I was surprised by the result as I had never hired a cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect. My only issue with the whole process was the timing. I had made an appointment for 9am and was called the day before confirming the appointment and told I would be called on the way over. I was called on the way over, but that did not happen until 10:15am.
