They were on time, they looked at what they were going to clean and started right away. We had some stains which they took extra time to get out. They moved the furniture and wiped up any extra solution overspray. All and all they were excellent. Will have them back.

I called to set up the cleaning and they promptly scheduled me for next week.

They called ahead and did a professional job. I am highly pleased with the results and will be inclined to call Hadad again when I need cleaning work done.

The crew called after the scheduled time and said they were running late. They were polite. During the cleaning, I had to check and ask them to clean areas that were supposed to be included in the service. When they left, I saw dirt and crumbs in the corners where they missed. I paid for what was supposed to be a good cleaning, but it fell short.

Jenn: Peggy arrived prethy much on time and worked for3 1/2 hrs. They were through and did a comfortable job.

I called to schedule the service with the company noting that I had an Angie's List voucher. They scheduled me within the week. The first team that came out was late, but did call when they were on their way. They were very professional and courteous and explained what they were doing with each step. The carpet did take a lot longer to dry than they had estimated. The carpet looked good when they left, but as it dried, stains did reappear as well as staining where there was none before. I called and explained what was going on and the woman who I talked to was very knowledgable and explained about "wicking" which is when the steam cleaning process sucks up the dirt, it can bring old stains buried in the carpet padding to the surface. She scheduled me for a follow up within a couple of days and I believe if I had been desparate (which I was not) she would have made it sooner. The second team that came out included one of the owners who also expained what had happened. They cleaned the carpet a second time (at no cost) and it is incredible how the stains are gone! They did a much better job than any other company we have used. I will definitely use them in the future.

Their offer was appealing because the offer included cleaning the window blinds. We had already cleaned the insides of all cabinets & oven, so they really needed to only sweep carpets, wipe baseboards and wipe/dust the window blinds. along with cleaning bathrooms and kitchen floors. We have a biweekly cleaning service, so the house was not in bad shape. I was told we would get 2 people for 4 hours. They were to arrive at 10:30 am, but did not show up until after 12:30 and didn't bother to call me until 11:45. They were gone by 2:30. What they did was OK, but nothing super.

They arrived exactly on time and moved furniture, placed guards on wall corners so as not to scratch/scuff them. Plastic and/or foam was placed under furniture legs. They were fast but very efficient. All the rooms look like new - even the off-white one which was extremely dirty and spotted! I have already purchased another coupon for them to clean my son's condo. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Their machine wasn't working the day they were supposed to come out, so I had to reschedule the appointment. They called me a couple times to make things right, but never ended up coming back with the big machine. However, they were very cordial.

Both were good and performed as expected. I would use them again..

Over half of my carpets are 22 years old and 3 children were raised in this house. I really was getting them cleaned as a last ditch effort to see if I could bear them for one more season. My carpets now look amazing! I watched them do the family room. It was incredible to see the difference between the clean oarpet and the dark dirty carpet.My carpets really Look brand new! They definitely exceeded my expectations. There were some places that had dog pee that I could not remove, but this company didn't seem to struggle with it. I am definitely pleased.

The company worked well at scheduling a visit to fit my tight schedule. Two workers called me before they came. They came on time, did a very good job.

Overall, the work went very well.

Used them to clean house that we were vacating before new owners moved in. Left key under mat and they came on arranged date with no problems. House looked clean. Satisfied with their quality.

Excellent, fast and efficient, very responsive at the office

As with any cleaning service, communication is critical and if you want to be satisfied, you should communicate your expectations upfront. I had this discussion before the team came. Both the management team and the cleaning crew were terrific-- very accomodating. I have used the service several times and will not only continue to use them, but I will recommend them.

All employees were very professional and pleasant to work with. They arrived when they said they said they would and worked efficiently. My biggest problem with them is that a fair amount of water remained in the rug when they were finished, so it took a fairly log time for it to dry (compared to other companies I have used,) Also the cleaning did very little to even lighten the stains and also did little to reduce the odor.

The housecleaners were punctual, polite and professional. They did a good job, however- while I understand the need for speed in housecleaning (multiple houses are cleaned in a day) I feel they were a bit rushed in their work and could have spent a little more attention to detail. In their haste, a vase of mine was broken (that could happen to anyone, I know), I just think they need to slow down a bit. Overall, the house looked and smelled good and I would hire this company again, especially at that price.

Would not recommend- there are better deals out there that do similar quality work.

When I called they did not have an opening due to Thanksgiving being next week. However, they called back and said they could fit me in which I thought was very considerate. They were prompt and courteous. I am pleased with their work. They took about 2 hours to clean condo with 2 bedrooms.

They were very friendly, they were willing to come out but there would have been a fuel surcharge and they couldn’t fit me in to their schedule. I requested a refund form Angie’s List.

Everything went well from start to finish. I would recommend calling the company as opposed to using their e-mail information. I did not get a response when I sent an e-mail.

I purchased this as birthday gift for my mom. She was a little skeptical at first, but afterward she could not say enough good things about the girls from Haddad. Thanks!

They squeezed us into their schedule so they worked around other clients. It took multiple days but the work was complete in a reasonable time frame. If we had concerned they were addressed immediately. I could not believe they were able to make the kitchen workable as it was beyond dirty.
