Hadad Services

We have utilized Hadad for our rental properties in the past, even before joining Angie's List. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were on Angie's list and to see all the great reviews. We most recently used them after purchasing 4 areas of carpet cleaning for $99.00 through Angie's list. A week or so prior to this Hadad came to install a closet organizer and new closet doors in our nursery. They also installed our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. First the handynman work. Two gentleman came and did an awesome job installing our closet organizer and new doors. They were punctual and very, very courteous. After pulling out some trim work in the closet to put in the organizer they realized that it was pretty unsightly. I was ok leaving it as is (discolored) since no one would see it. However, they did not feel right leaving it that way and asked if we had some paint leftover from when we painted the nursery. I got the paint and they painted the inside to the closet for no extra cost! They even came back to put some stain on some outside trim work that was damaged a little during installation of the doors (not their fault). Would absolutely use them again for any type of work! Second is the carpet cleaning. Our carpets ended up looking brand new! We couldn't be happier with the cleaning. They moved some furniture and also made sure to lift what couldn't be moved off the floor with small risers in order to clean and allow the areas to properly dry. We will be using them for more work in the future.

They were nice to deal with and responded quickly. I decided I would not be able to use their services at this time.

Overall, the women were polite and professional. They spent their time engaged in the services they were hired for. After they left, we noted several oversights/shortcuts on their part. They failed to dust the wooden stoop and iron rail going up the stairs, and didn't clean the wall vent in the bathroom. They also dusted 'around' books and items on shelves in the bedrooms. In hind sight, we should have contacted the company about these oversights, but we didn't.

I was extremely pleased with their promptness, their friendliness and quality of work. The carpets look great.

They came, cleaned (very well) and left.

I had a very easy experience scheduling the date, which was very soon after I had called to schedule. I received a confirmation call the day before & the team arrived on time. When I told them I had my coupon code ready, theysaid they were aware of everything and didn't need the paper. I showed them my house and what I wanted done and asked them to especially clean the bathrooms. They did a very good job. Missed a spot on the wall that you stare at when you use the bathroom but everything else was spotless. I think they did a great job downstairs and it was so nice walking in the door knowing I everything was done. I'm looking forward to enjoying my weekend instead of spending it cleaning the bathrooms.

I tried them out as an Angie's List Big Deal offer. They were professional and punctual. On the day of the cleaning, I had a crew of two. The cleaning was reasonably thorough. They wiped down the floors, dusted the rooms, and disinfected the kitchen counters. Compared to Affordable Maids, whom I usually use, they were probably a bit more thorough in general. However, Affordable Maids offers more kitchen cleaning services such as cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and microwave and stove. Moreover, Hadad Cleaning would have been a little more expensive if I didn't have the Big Deal. They seem like very nice people, and they do a reasonably good job. If their pricing was more competitive with Affordable Maids, I might have considered using them again.

Was a little alte but kept me informed. Completed the job in 1 1/2 hours and was very neat and professional.

Since this was the first time I've used a professional carpet cleaning company, I was a little weary of how clean the carpets would be in comparison to me cleaning them on my own. I was pleasantly surprised on how much cleaner the carpets were in comparison to me cleaning them. There were 4 people from Hadad at my house, in which they prepped the carpets, focusing on heavily soiled areas, and then performed the cleaning/scotch guard service. We did give Hadad a call back after the carpets dried, as some dirt residue did show up on our steps. We received a call from the owner of the company who worked with us on coming during the evening to redo the stairs. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience. Now if I could only get an Angie's List deal for grout/tile cleaning..

Two ladies, very neat in appearance, arrived promptly and started working right away. I have a big house that had not been cleaned thoroughly in a wile because I am disabled and I have been ill. I wanted my house to look nice for my Thanksgiving company. They worked very hard & very fast and seemed in a hurry to leave. After they left I noticed several broken hangers in my bedroom and some areas where the cleaning was incomplete. However, I will say that their over all job was good. My coupon offer was not for a certain number of hours, or a certain number of rooms, but for whole house fall cleaning.

Efficient, quick, no worries or concerns. I contacted Hadad at the last minute for a final deep cleaning after the floors had been refinished and before the moving company arrived with our furniture. The floor refinishing company did not clean up after their work, and the house needed a thorough cleaning before we moved in. Hadad fit us into their schedule at the last minute, arrived right on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning all the surfaces and walls. I was very pleased the job performed.

Cleaned carpets including stained areas. Very thorough. The only complaint was they left the hall and steps so wet, that I had a mildew smell and wetness for about 5 days.

On time, went to work, great job, professional, great service by Brian and Howard, and have him again absolutely.

The first appointment was postponed due to equipment failure but the actual visit was timely, courteous and effective on the areas selected for the special pricing deal.

Hadad Services did a wonderful job. They were a little late in arriving because they got lost. Because of that, they did not charge me for the extra mileage charge and also Scotchguarded the carpet for free! I would definitely recommend and use again.

We used Hadad twice for carpet and furniture cleaning, both for our home and my parents house. Very professional. Quality service. Everything came out like new. They were definitely more interested in getting it done right than in getting it done fast. We added on a few areas (at our request - there was no pressure to do so). The additional pricing was very reasonable. I had to schedule and then postponed the cleaning at my parents a few times. Elaine was very courteous and patiet with all of the cancelling and rescheduling. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The people on the phone were very nice and professional. They originally set up an appointment for Mon. 11/19. When the crew didn't come at the appointed time, I called and was told they were running very late, and could they come the next afternoon? Not great, but it worked for me, so I said OK. They were set to come at 1 pm the next day, but then called at 9:30 or so, when I was still doing last-minute clutter-taming, and said they were on their way - more than 3 hours early. So that's why I gave them a D for punctuality. There was none. The cleaners were nice, and they worked hard. They did a good job. The business owner stopped by to introduce herself, which I thought was a nice idea.

Craig came out to provide an estimate for me, originally for heavy duty housecleaning. When I found out that they did carpet cleaning, I asked about including that. I told him that our heavy furniture had not been moved for several years and that we would like that done, as well as doing underneath the beds (several dressers, tv center, hutch, refrig, stove). He agreed and said that they would also come back and remove the foam blocks underneath the furniture-All of this was included in our original estimate. The first visit they did not do under the beds or move some of the heavy furniture. When I called to ask about that, was told that I would need to pay more for another trip and more services, which I did agree to. The second time they did under the beds and heavy furniture, but did not remove the foam blocks. During the courtesty call from Patrick I asked about that and he asked if our son could remove them instead of them making another trip. We had already removed the ones that we could, but are not able to lift the heavy stuff. So-Craig was wonderful, very receptive when I talked with him. However, all of this took multiple emails and phone calls-and I am still waiting for the foam blocks to be removed. Both my husband and I are not able to move thins, and that was part of my original request-that was part of what I was looking for. 12/16/12 We are still waiting for the foam blocks to be removed. I just came home from the hospital and cannot lift, and my husband can't either. If they weren't going to do it, it should not have been included. Maybe there should be written communication forms that these types of details are included.

Did a fine job very pleased have used them before and personnel are knowledable and customer orinted

The team arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned and spot-cleaned some of the dirtier places in 4 rooms on the first floor. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went to work. My kids and I stayed upstairs to keep out of their way. At one point I thought they had left with leaving the front door opened but they were just turning the van around. When they were done, they had me look around and check on the work they had done. I did not see anything amiss and after signing their work order, they left. The carpets were dry after 24 hours. I initially noticed some pet stains and rippling in the carpet, but once they were dry those problem areas disappeared. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome, they protected all furniture. Put table on styrofoam to keep the wooden legs from getting chemicals on them.

Patrick and his assistant showed up at my residence 5 minutes early! They were very professional. He explained every step of the process they were performing to me in detail. I am very pleased with the work they did. My carpet looks beautiful! The only bad part about it is they took up a lot of cat hair (black), and about 1 hour after they left, there was cat hair (black) all on the one bedroom carpet. (This came from my black cat)! So I know I will be using them again. And I have no problem with recommending Hadad to as many people as I possibly can! Thanks guys. You are the best!
