Hadad Services

I realized last week that I had purchased the service through Angie's list last October and it was going to expire at the end of the month. I was on vacation this week, called on Monday and was thrilled to discover they had a cancellation and could fit me in on Thursday. This is the second time I have used Hadad Housecleaning, with a coupon from Angie's List. Although I had to pay an extra fee of $30 because I am outside of their normal service range, they are worth every penny. I will hire again - even with the mileage fee!

My carpets turned out very nice.

I called to schedule the appointment and was able to secure a time slot in near future (about 10 days out). A rep from the company called two days in advance to confirm the appointment and the day of the workers showed up on time and went right to work.

The two individuals who came to perform the service were very professional and quick. They even changed our air filter with one we had on hand.

Rich on time. Crew of 3 young women worked diligently for 2 1/2 hours.Cleaned all surfaces, base boards, mopped all fans, cleaned all appliances.

They were professional and honest over the phone and told me exactly what they would and wouldn't do. I didn't end up using their services because I had several rugs and a lot of extra work would be required - by me - in order for the work to be done. I wish they would have clarified that they do primarily carpet, and not rugs, and also should have mentioned the $30 out of area fee in the Big Deal. Had I known all that information, I would not bought the Deal in the first place.

They cleaned the house very well. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. The carpet cleaning guys were excellent also. Great company to deal with also.

I responded to the email from Angie's List and The Big Deal because the price was fantastic and I was in desperate need of a total house cleaning! From start to finish the service was great.

I purchased a special daily deal for $199 that was supposed to be $369 worth of services. The actual costs were not well explained. I received 5 hours of services by three cleaning ladies. I have no idea how the charges were calculated. The women worked very hard and did a good job but I did not like dealing with the office personnel and I don't feel like I got the services that the special "coupon " deal should have included. I provided a specific list of cleaning jobs to be done but they still spent time vacuuming when I did not request that they do this.

I was very satisfied. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the house. They did an extra good job with the details in cleaning, not just the cursory vacuuming quickly or washing quickly. They spent a lot of time doing a very thorough and detailed job compared to some other cleaning services. They took the time to do a very good job but they did it professionally and very quickly. They are a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Called ahead of time. Arrived on time. Described their expectations to make sure they matched my expectations. Worked diligently. Completed on time. At close out, the price matched the promise. Departed. Happy customer.

Excellent in every detail. Carpets were cleaned and all furniture safely moved. Even repaired a coffee table free of charge!

They were thorough and met our expectations. We would have them back again.

Brian and Ken from Hadad were great! They were prompt, courteous, professional and they had a lot of pride in the work they performed as evident by the clean results! They were in no hurry to get out of my house and onto the next job, which I appreciated because it made me feel like they paid close attention to detail, and they did. As they wrapped up, they gave me a brochure of all the other services they perform. They do everything from cleaning to light construction and handy work. You should check them out. I will definitely use them again and I will be referring them to my friends.

Very clean, extremely professional. Called before they arrived to let me know when they'd be at the house. They cleaned my carpets this fall so I knew they would do an excellent job.

The owner of the company and his two employees cleaned carpets in four rooms. They were extremely curteous and did the best carpet cleaning i've had to date.

After a couple delays, Hadad's was punctual, professional & did a thorough job ! they even adjusted the price to compensate for the delays.

They came, they cleaned, they left.

Except for having to move the appointment to the next day, and then being about 5 hours late, the work performed was done very professionally by technicians who were both competent and friendly. Because they were so late (because of the previous appointment running very long), they reduced the price of the additional charge for the laundry room. The results are more than adequate.

I bought a special for Hadad Services which I never used, but I had them come out to clean my house before I had company coming to stay. It was a fairly good experience. Two of them came out and got right to their work, and they did some things that I'd never had done which was nice. Once thing I asked them to do which they didn't do was the cobwebs, but I think they just forgot. I have scheduled them to come back so I'm fairly well satisfied with what they did.

Well done! The carpet is cleaner then ever. When finished the carpet was practically dry they pulledout all of the water.

Hadad did a wonderful job on our tile-and-grout kitchen and bathroom floors! The grout had deeply-set grime from several years of being our most-used room in the house, despite weekly mopping, and from previous owners. Hadad turned the grout from dark gray back to its original off-white color! It looks terrific; the whole room is brighter. They also moved everything to clean underneath, including stove and refrigerator, and did the interiors of closets -- all without my asking or expecting that. I did not imagine that anything could have gotten these floors so clean. This was an Angie's List Big Deal, but we will be hiring them back at their regular rates!

I found them on Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews. Their service was pretty consistent with the other reviews and I found them really responsive and on time. They were here for about 6 hours and did an awesome job. I had no complaints and am thinking about either scheduling another deep clean or getting on a regular schedule with them. I think $400 was a lot for a housecleaning but they did a quality job.

These guys came when they said they would and did the job I hired them for without issue and did a good job while at it.
