The gentlemen cleaning the carpets were prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient. The carpets are 20 years old, and look better than they have in years. We are very pleased with the end result .

+ -1 moreMelissa and Peggy were the representatives sent to my house, and I was very pleased with their work. When they arrived they immediately went to work getting everything clean even ALL the small nick-nacks I have around the house. They were very friendly, we had lovely conversations while they worked in the areas of the house I was in. After they were finished I went through each room and was so pleased with how clean everything looked and especially loved the clean smell. I will definitely be using Hadad again and will be requesting Melissa and Peggy.
Description of Work: First, I am unable to say price just yet because a bill will be sent to me instead of paying the day of services. However, I could have found out what the price would be, the ladies said they could call the headquarters to find out if I wanted to know. (I did receive an estimate before booking, however my pregnancy brain has me forgetting the price quote and where I wrote it down) When I get the bill I will update this review. I am going through a difficult pregnancy and unable to do any cleaning around the house, so I had Hadad come out and do a clean of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room and entry. I have LOTS of little nick-nacks around the house so it was a lot of detailed cleaning in addition to the overall cleaning.

+ -1 moreDid not observe everything, Melissa and Dayna worked about an hour and half, when inspected their work after they left I was disappointed that they did not do the fans or chandelier in Dining room nor 6 panel doors. I did not check the wood floors. They did not have adequate cleaning device to do stairwell carpet.
Description of Work: Dusted base boars top door frames all rooms empty! Two bedrooms dining room, living room, family room, two bathrooms only. Swept carpets, washed floors in bathrooms and kitchen. Did entryway storm door glass.

+ -1 moreThe guy shut the 2 closet doors--did not clean in there. A door at the end of the hall has an inch of carpet there--did not clean that. Did not move the bed- claimed they cleaned under as much as possible--HOWEVER under the was not touched
Description of Work: They were prompt, worked an hour. Cleaned bedroom, hall, steps and area rug. The only furniture in the way was a bed. I opened the 2 closet doors, as the carpet is in there, too.

They told me to call again when I was ready to have the carpets cleaned. I finally called after Easter and scheduled. Then men who did the service were on time, very courteous and did a good job.

+ -1 moreIt was easy to make the appointment, and the trip fee (we're in a separate country from the base of operations) was reasonable. The ladies were polite, professional, and extremely hard-working. I used to clean houses to save money for college--I KNOW how hard these ladies worked. We got gunk out of the house that may have been accumulating since it was built! They missed one item in the kitchen: the hood over the stove. This wasn't a big deal; I noticed it while making coffee the next day, and was able to clean it up myself in the amount of time that it took to boil the water. I would gladly invite these folks back into my home again.
Description of Work: This was a deep cleaning; we not only wanted to spruce up the house before an appraisal, but needed to clean relatively inaccessible areas that might be triggering allergy problems. For example, there are two large pantry closets off of the kitchen, that have tops that are separate from the raised ceiling; I have absolutely no business getting up on a ladder to clean the tops of the pantries. Our house has approximately 1800 square feet on the main level (three bedrooms, two full baths, a large family room, an office, a kitchen, an entry, and a formal dining room), an indoor stairwell, as well as a full bath and 14 x 28 finished room with a fireplace downstairs that all needed cleaning. The ladies also washed the inside of the windows for us on the main level. It took three women, using two vaccuum cleaners, approximately 6 hours to work through the house.

+ -1 moreExcept for my previous comments regarding my initial telephone contact wit Haddad Services, the work performed was excellent and done in a professional manner. It was just the "take it or leave it" attitude regarding the additional mile service charge that took away from an otherwise outstanding job.
Description of Work: Two ladies, Jen & Peggy arrived right on time and got to work without delay. They were very pleasant and certainly professional in completing the job. They completed the work according to the advertisment. The only issue I had with Haddad Services was in the initiial phone conversation to set up the appointment. I was told that there would be an addditional fee of $30.00 because of the distance they needed to travel to my home. I understood this was a possibility and was reluctantly willing to pay if it applied to me. The issue I had was not in the additional cost, but rather in the way it was told to me. "there will be an additional cost of $30 because of the distance and if you do not want to pay it you should go back to Angie's List to cancel and ask for a refund" Everything else was excellent!

+ -1 moreFirst of all, they got lost and arrived two hours late. I expected a whole crew, but there were only two of them, both with an "attitude," and they only stayed two hours. I expected them to clean the entire house--ours is not a large one--but they only did the downstairs, performing an adequate job on the kitchen and hallway floors. I view this experience as a total waste of money. I easily could have done what they did myself. I'm very busy, which is why I hired this service. But now I'll have to do the upstairs along with other areas they missed. ADDITION (4/5/12)-- After it unsatisfactory service, the company had the audacity to try to hit me up with an additional $70 fee!!!
Description of Work: They managed to clean and vacuum the downstairs floors.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon for a "spring" cleaning, but it took me a while to get to it. The cleaners that the company sent out were professional and thorough. They did a whole house cleaning, including the window treatments (which are wooden blinds). They showed up on time, cleaned well, and cleaned all that they said they would (whole house, floors, dusting, bathrooms, etc)

+ -1 moreI put my house on the market and quickly needed my first floor carpet cleaned. It is older and light colored which showed the dirt. I was happy they scheduled me right away. Brian and Dan arrived at the time they were scheduled. They did an excellent job. They recommended that I consider cleaning the 2nd floor carpet too to give an overall good impression to prospective buyers and they were right. For a reasonable upcharge, they cleaned the 3 upstairs rooms in addition to the staircases, hallways and the living room. I was very pleased with the service. I should have posted a review sooner but since then I have gotten married, sold a house and bought a house--busy!
Description of Work: My Deal gave me professional carpet cleaning in three areas for $99. The living room, two staircases and the hallway were scheduled to be cleaned. I added three bedrooms after the original job was done so beautifully.

My only concern was that they ran out of water on the truck and used water from my outside hose. Not sure how much would have been used had I not expressed concerned. Why I gave a "B".

+ -1 moreI had been in a boot due to a sprained ankle and we also have two dogs. After the eight weeks when I couldn't do much, the house had gotten away from me. They came and cleaned the entire house. The did a very good job considering the state of the house when they arrived. They were very pleasant. Some minor things were missed (perhaps because there was so much to do). A light bulb was broken and left in the socket, some knick-knacks were handles roughly, and the downstairs bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. Overall though I was satisfied and would be willing to give them another chance in the future.
