+ -1 moreThe men vcame at the preconfirmed time. They prepared everything and asked appropriate questions in regards to the cleaning. Protectors were placed beneath the furniture legs to prevent markings on the carpets. Afterwards, they were efficient in cleaning and removing their equipment.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, a team of people, cleaned both floors of our small house quickly and thoroughly. They were very polite and professional. They scrubbed the floors by hand, and were in and out within 3 hours. They were flexible in their scheduling, although because we aren't in their immediate service area, they wanted to do it when they were going to be in the area. They did cancel on my at the last minute (which was disappointing) because someone was ill, but we were able to re-schedule for another time.

+ -1 moreThey workers were punctual and polite. They went right to work after being shown around the house and they did not stop until they were finish. They brought their own supplies and equipment which was nice. When they were finished, after a couple of hours of straight work, they showed us around to make sure everything was as we had hoped.

Two people came and did a very nice job under somewhat awkward conditions (I was having other work done on the house and they had to move their truck several times.)
Description of Work: I hired them via an Angie's list coupon. They did an excellent job. Should make clear that they don't do area rugs, however.

+ -1 moreThey arrived at around 10:30 - having had much traffic trouble plus having a time scheduled that was clearly not makeable. However, they got to work right away on the upstairs, which took most of the time for the 'big deal'. I wanted the whole house cleaned, even if it took another day, but they got a cancellation and were able to complete the job that day. Very professional and industrious and they cleaned things I didn't think would be included - but were! I am going to contract with the firm for monthly cleaning.
Description of Work: 2 young ladies spent most of the day cleaning my home from top to bottom. They were very late but this, I feel, was due to the scheduling which should not have scheduled so early in the morning. Once they got to my home, they performed admirably, taking care with the many very very dusty knick knacks that are around my home. Thinking they could only do the upstairs in the time allotted to the 'big deal', I extended the contract to do the rest of the house, even if it was on a different day. They decided to go ahead and finish the job that day, a cancellation making it possible. I was totally satisfied with the job done and want to contract with the service to do it on a monthly basis.

+ -1 moreVery pleasant and professional, worked steadily without being intrusive, verified any questionable areas, and tackled spaces which hadn't been cleaned in ages. House sparkled when they were done. Very pleased with the results. Will use them again. Be aware of a "travel fee" which pushed the price up. Because of that will only use for all inclusive projects.
Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house after some construction, top to bottom, even the laundry room. Very thorough, moved furniture, cleaned all surfaces, replaced everything as found it. They supplied own tools and cleaners.

Description of Work: Peggy and Dayna did a fabulous job cleaning my bathrooms and kitchen. I have a lot of woodwork in the house and they cleaned all that they could get to. My hallways and basement also look great now that they have been vacuumed and the HUGE baseboards are sparkling. Everything I asked them to do was done perfectly, and with a SMILE! + -1 moreI was very pleased with the cleaning with the exception that my bathroom reeks of the smell of urine. i thought it was part of the job to get the urine smell out of the flooring and commode area, but it is very strong and worse than before the cleaning. I have put in a Febreeze air freshener on the toilet to compensate for the odor, but wish someone could come back to rescrub the flooring around the commode and clean out the toiler better, so thhe urine smell around the toilet and toilet bowl is elminated.. Also, whoever did my bathroom threw all my shampoos and conditioner away, leaving me to buy new ones today.
