They arrived on time and were very nice. After the job was done the carpets were wet for almost a week. Also, they did not smell fresh at all. The rooms smelled worse. I feel they did not spend enough time cleaning and then did not spend enough time removing the water.

My first initial contact was with Karen. She was very pleasant and scheduled my appointment at my convenience. Craig came to my house and explained to me what process and chemicals they were going to use. I have a room that was heavily stained. He explained in detail what his company would do and assured me the stains would come out. Joe and Mark (hope I have the names correct) came on the day and time I was scheduled. Joe walked through my house and in detail explained to me what they were going to do. He also explained (the same as Craig) on what and how they would treat my heavily soiled room. He asked me if I had any questions before they started. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was totally satisfied with their cleaning. Even the heavily soiled carpet looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company. They made it a pleasure to work with them. Do yourself a favor and call them if you want a thorough and completely satisfied experience.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful, they were very kind. I had to wait a while. My husband's in the hospital and I had to wait until he was stronger before they had to come in and do the service and they were very kind about doing that. They were very quick and thorough in what they did. They moved the furniture. The rugs came up very clean. I was very pleased again with their work. I think the price was a little bit higher than what I was expecting, I paid $99 for the 3 rooms and then $240 for the 4 rooms but they did a really good job. I was very happy with the service. As soon as I called them, they came within a couple of days.

When the 2 woman arrived for the housecleaning they told me that they would be there for 2 hours. I pointed out that the deal was for 4 hours (for 2 people) and they spent the entire 4 hours plus a little bit. Really did a nice job!

I called very last minute to have the service done the next week. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me. Unfortunately on the day of service there were a few issues with the crew not having me on the schedule. After a call to the office the situation was remedied. The crew came out and did an excellent job. They also gave me a discount for the inconvenience of waiting for the crew because of the mix-up. The staff was polite and professional. They were able to remove stains that I never thought would come out. I will use them again.

They were very helpful, showed up right on time and finished quickly. The carpets look great.

We had a very positive experience! Two employees showed up on time after calling when they were on their way, as promised. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies - including all of the cleaning solutions, rags, a vacuum cleaner and a ladder. I showed them around quickly and told them what rooms in particular that I wanted them to concentrate on first. After that, they quickly got to work and they worked very well together as a team. They cleaned the entire house from top to bottom - including air registers, interior windows and light fixtures as well as showers, floors, etc. I thought that their price was very fair considering all of the work that they did. I will absolutly be calling them back for future cleanings!

The ladies were friendly and professional. The cleaning that was completed was good but there were some minor areas that were forgotten. They did offer for me to go through and check each room but I chose not to do so and did not see the missed areas until they had left. I would consider using this company for monthly cleaning if the price was reasonable. The "deal" for deep cleaning was not performed as expected but the ladies did a good job for a regular cleaning.

The 2 women were very polite and friendly. I would use them again if they weren't so expensive. The 99. was a half price deal. I now have 2 women who do the house for 150. which is a better price and their work is good.

Christa? and Katie cleaned our home -- the kitchen and bathroom have never sparkled like they do now -- they even got two spots off of the shower floor that we had thought were dents in the enamel. They were very pleasant and gracious.

Jenn and Darcie came and gave me a solid 2 hours each. they did a great job and got everything done I needed and a few things I wanted in exactly the 2 hours...they were fast, thorough, AND fantastic. We have a big house and are having company for the next couple of weekends and they scoured the 2 guest baths, and 3 BRs. The little used DR and LR now sparkle AND my gameroom in the basement and full bath are clean and shiny!

The girls showed up on time and called before they left to let us know when they would arrive. They were very friendly and good with out 2.5 year-old. Also were willing to work around schedule of our 4 month-old, though fortunately it didn't come to that. The bathrooms were cleaned nicely and the kitchen has probably never been that clean. they cleaned the microwave and even cleaned out underneath and behind the radiator covers. They were brave because that may have never been done in my 8 years in the house. Getting this at the deal price we did was absolutely worth it. They did a lot of work in the 4+ hours they were there.

Joe and Mark were early, personable & professional. They were very careful to minimize the 'mess' that goes with the process; and they did an outstanding job in about 90 minutes. I am two for two with Hadad and will certainly contact them for services in the future.

It was good. They came as soon as I asked them to. We used them again, I just feel like they were a little overpriced without the coupon so we weren't able to use them going forward.

Arrived on time and completed work in timely fashion. A few small stains remained after the carpet dried. I called them and they returned and retreated, removing the stains. The two workers were polite and professional. Only complaint is that the steamer left some water stains on my floor length drapes. I showed it to the worker on the return visit. He was apologetic and said he would report it to his boss. No one called to address the issue. I did not pursue it because it was a minor complaint.

Cristy and Katie were delightful girls and did a very good house cleaning for us everything just sparkles & smells so fresh and clean !

I needed to have my carpets cleaned to fulfill the terms of my townhouse lease, as I was moving out. When I first contacted Hadad to make the appointment, Elaine and Karen in the office were very helpful, providing me with an estimate and a service date. They called several days prior to the appointment to confirm. On the day of the service, there was a slight hiccup as a traffic problem delayed the truck by about a half hour. But the service men were very apologetic, and got quickly to work. They explained the process and were done in a little over an hour. Since the carpet was old and had experienced quite a few stains over the years, I wasn't expecting it to turn out as well as it did. Very pleased overall.

The deal went well. They were prompt in contacting me after I purchased the Big Deal. I thought the workers were friendly, polite, thorough, and efficient.

When I called to book an appointment they were very professional on the phone and could schedule me in within the week. They arrived on time, were very personable, and cleaned my carpets to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

When I phoned for the appointment,they were worked with me for a date and time of day which was convenient for my schedule. The workers phoned to give me their ETA and arrived as promised. They asked questions about which items I wanted moved and where were stains I wanted them to remove. Their work was done timely and carefully- even redoing several spots. All furniture was raised on protective materials after they finished...then a walk through was done to make sure I was satisfied. Both workers were pleasant and worked well together. They advised me of other available services offered by Haddad's when I asked--I saw the info on the truck. The rugs were scrubbed then steam cleaned...with a damp- not wet finish. I have already recommended them to my friends and will contact this business for other jobs in the future.

I purchases the services through the Angie's Big Deal of 4 rooms for $99 and added a staircase. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time and were very professional. I didn't have them move heavy furniture like dressers and a wall unit but other than that, they moved everything and put styrofoam blocks under the furniture when they were finished shampooing. I have many stains in the living room from a cat that threw up alot, and those stains didn't come out. The staircase was very dirty and when I expressed disappointment at the way it turned out, they did it again and it's alot better. They explained everything and even though the stains in the living room didn't come out, I'm happy with the job they did. I would use them again.

It was an excellent experience. The men who came were professional. They moved furniture and placed little plastic things under the furniture. They prespotted some areas that I pointed out to them, but did not do the ones I missed pointing out.
