They had some challenges with a truck breaking down and happily compensated for it. They were fast, professional and focused on detail. We will use them again!

Well, I called and got an appointment exactly when I wanted. An employee called about a half hour before arriving to let me know he was in route to our home. I really appreciated this because it our dog is rather strong and this gave me ample time to get him outside. The two employess did an excellent job at cleaning the furniture,. They got out stains that I thought would be there forever. You see they have a great truck mounted machine that is powerful and effective on the furniture. I have been hiring Hadad's for a variety of jobs since 1992 and have always had excellent results.Thier staff are always prompt, kind and knowledgable.Thankyou for your time.

the women who showed up to clean were great. just a few minutes late but didnt mind. they did a great job with cleaning and when finished did a walk through and asked if all was ok. great job.

Overall, they are a professional organization and have processes in place to make sure everything funs smoothly. However, in my instance, we were slated for a 9am start. I waited until 9:30am then called to find out the start was changed to 11:30 without my knowledge. That time wasn't going to work-so through a series of phone calls, we decided on 2pm. At 1:15pm I received a call that they were on their way. I wasn't yet home and wouldn't by the time they would arrive. So again through a few calls, we decided on 2:30pm. Two people arrived and greeted me very professionally. One was more seasoned than the other. We talked about what they would clean and they went about doing just that. The problems we encountered along the way was that I wanted them to vacuum the stairs well and their vacuum didn't have attachments. So they used mine. At the 9:00 time slot, I would not have been in the way. However, at the 2:30 slot, I needed to be in the kitchen preparing dinner for a family gathering that evening. This got a little complicated, but worked out when they were ready to clean the kitchen floor. Upon immediate inspection (very little time to look everything over) it seemed fine. However, as we went through the house over the next few days, we noticed that although dusting was done, nothing had been moved. Something (little trinkets) were not dusted at all. The bathrooms were done well and a lot of needed dusting was done, but not in obvious places that we saw after their departure. Again, although very professional, I'm not sure I would use them again as the timing situation was really an inconvenience and the thoroughness of the work didn't meet my expectations. I understand 4 hours might not have been long enough, but we did priortize areas so that each area could be done thoroughly by order of importance.

Timely, efficient, and detailed cleaning of 2 1923 tile bathrooms.

2 men came out to my house and were very punctuality and polite. Ceramic tile looked brighter and cleaner. The grout was another story. They had much difficulty getting it clean. Had to pull out the heavy duty cleaner and it still did not get all that clean. I ended up having to scrub the grout with a toothbrush and bleach on my hands and knees. It took me hours to complete. Would not buy the deal deal again.

I got a big deal and for the price they did a good job. I'm not sure I would have paid the full price for the same work. They were fine--not bad, not outstanding. My house was clean when they finished and it was pain free. They did a good job on the floors.

They were nice and did a good job. They told me the carpetw would be dry in 6 hours but it took a full 24 hours.

They were wonderful! Came at time indicated. Went above and beyond at my father's houes (is elderly and had alot of deep stains which were hard to get rid of). Evewn took cat hair off of my father's chair. Rug looked brand new! Completed in timely manner. They also did a tremendous job at my house. Had several dark, deep set stains which they got rid of. Rugs were well cleaned, like new. Completed job in timely manner and made sure I was pleased with the job before they left. Would HIGHLY recommen this company and will definitely use again. In additiojn to people who cleaned rugs, ladies in the office were also great to work with. Appointmnet set up within several days of call.

the two gentleman who came to our home could not have been nicer or more patient. We were running late and they waited (and helped) while we corraled our animals which we had forgotten would be necessary since the door would be cracked open for the hose. They did a beautiful job and we couldn't be happier with Joe and his partner (whose name I didn't get) but I hope that when we call Hadad's in the future that we get to work with these two gentleman again.

Decided to try them based on Angie's List reviews - have never hired a cleaning service before. Arrival time of 2 person cleaning crew was supposed to be between 11:30 and 1:30; person who scheduled told me it was likely they'd arrive around noon, but actual arrival might vary depending on how long previous job took. They did not require a credit card to reserve the job; called day after to inquire about quality of job and to get my credit card number (I liked that). Around 12:45 pm, I called to be sure I was still on their schedule and to learn when I might be able to expect them as I was waiting at the apartment for them to arrive. No one answered and I left a voice mail. At 1:40 pm, I called again; voice mail again. Left message. At 2:07 pm, I received an apologetic call from Hadad's office; was told team was running late - working on a job about 3 - 4 miles away and finishing up. I asked for a call when they were on their way so I could go back over to the apartment to let them in. They did call at 2:22 when leaving prior job. They arrived shortly after 3:00 pm. Two women on team; polite and friendly; brought their own cleaning products. The conversation I had with the cleaning team combined with conversation with main office gave me the impression that there was a mixup at the main office (one member of the team mentioned something about getting to my apartment as soon as they could after getting a call to take a 3:00 pm job). I left them alone to work after talking with them about the job and answering their questions. When I stopped back in the evening, I was pleased that the apartment looked cleaner and I felt comfortable having furniture delivered and my belongings moved in on the next day. Cleaned: inside of fridge, inside of dishwasher, inside of oven (yay!), top of stove, inside of kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink/counter, floors, baseboards, windows, shelves I could see easily in closets, insides of windows, inside of cabinet under bathroom sink. As I was unpacking and setting up, I noticed some things overlooked: top shelves in 2 of the 3 closets not cleaned (dust bunnies up there); floors clean but tacky (even though dry) - like mopped but water too soapy and/or not rinsed with water- so still sticky from soap residue, crevices around kitchen cabinet and fridge handles grimy with kitchen grease. Tight space (about 1.5 inches) of floor between fridge and kitchen wall was not touched (looked like a few years of kitchen grease/dirt back there). Except for the few overlooked things, quality of job was good. My main disappointment was the late arrival with no call until after I had called twice, while I waited in an empty apartment for hours with no information regarding what was going on.

They showed up on time and did a nice job cleaning carpets.

TWO MEN CAME IN READY TO WORK. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL,AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SPENT EXTRA TIME WITH SEVERAL "PROBLEM AREAS" REMOVING SET-IN STAINS, MOVED VARIOUS PIECES OF LIGHT FURNITURE,AND LEFT MY HOME IN ABOUT 1.5 HOURS. THE CARPET TOOK OVER A DAY TO DRY BUT THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT! THEY WERE MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER CARPET CLEANING SERVICES THAT I HAD USED PREVIOUSLY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Found Hadad Services on Angie's List for household cleaning/maid service. Called and scheduled an intial appointment. We were pleased with the work performed and set up a schedule to have them come twice a month. The second visit the same crew arrived which I was very pleased with. I simply left a short note on the kitchen counter for the areas to focus on and they did a fine job. Very pleased with the service, the crew and the price. I would recommend their service.

After calling ahead they arrived promptly @ appointed time . After assessing, two men, Mark & Joe, worked efficiently and effectively. Determined, they used many possible formulas to remove multiple stubborn stains of unknown origin. With white carpeting, I've had many companies clean but these two dedicated men were the absolute best with their thoroughness, safety concerns and pleasant demeanor. Definitely I would have this company again and hope that Mark and Joe will be sent to this very satisfied customer.

It was a husband and wife who cleaned my house. They were great! They were on time and neat. Very professional and they bring their own cleaning materials.

The two young men where professional and courteous and new their stuff. I appreciate how thorough they were. Also, they were very respectful and kind. I would definately call this company back to clean my carpets again.

The two technicians (I’m sorry I’m bad recalling names) arrived on time, inspected the areas and set right to work. They were both very polite and very professional. The results were excellent, better than I expected.

They were very professional and showed up on time. They are very accommodating as far as scheduling, they get us in very quickly and work with us on the times. They did a great job with cleaning everything to our liking. They concentrated on the areas we wanted them to and cleaned other areas if time allotted.

They sent a crew of three people who worked for 7 hours each day they cleaned my house. They gave it a detailed cleaning.

The service people showed up on time. They did a great job. Paid attention to the details as some area of the carpet is really dirty. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

I got a "4 rooms for $99" deal. It was easy to set-up the appointment, but the cleaners never showed up on the scheduled day (despite calls the night before and the morning of the appointment from the company). The company said that the cleaning crew had the wrong phone number on their work order and went to a different job instead of trying to find our phone number. It's still a bit unclear why the crew didn't call back the company to see if they could get the correct phone number.... We ended up rescheduling for two days later. When the cleaners did arrive, they were very professional and did an excellent job in removing some stubborn carpet stains. If it wasn't for the no-show, Hadad would get all A's. Therefore, I might try a different company next time.
