Previous rug cleaner left rugs wringing wet! They said, yes and indeed, rugs were dry in 6 hours!

Techs arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do & why. They did an amazing job & the areas cleaned looked like new! I was assured that the carpets would dry in 6-8 hours & they did. The "big deal" of cleaning 4 rooms was an amazing bargain & I am so glad I was able to take advantage of it.

Hadad Services only messaged me over Angie's List, even after I specifically requested they call my cell phone. We had to reschedule the first time they were supposed to come due to cold weather (no problem). The second time they were supposed to come they originally told me sometime between 12-2. And then when I called to ask them about it, they said they moved it to 11:30-1:30. I couldn't be at the house at 11:30 due to picking up my 3 year old from school so we rescheduled again for a Monday (no time decided - they said they would call me Sunday and let me know a time frame). I called the office and emailed them on Saturday to cancel Mondays appointment. Never heard back. Never received a call on Sunday. Took a shower on Monday morning at 7:30am and had a missed call. The guys were ten minutes away! Definitely an issue, but I felt bad for the guys so they came and I spoke with the front office about my dissatisfaction with the front office communication and they said they would honor a refund for the services. The cleaning itself was fine. The guys were great, couldn't have been nicer (I even left them alone in my home). The couches looked good after being cleaned.

Because of the snowy weather, the company was unable to keep the appt. at the day and time that was agreed upon. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 a.m. At 9:30 a.m. They still hadn't arrived, so I called them. The woman I talked to said they didn't have my phone number so there was no way to get in touch with me to say they had to change my appt. to another day. I was not happy!!!Within the next 15 minutes I got a phone call saying they would be here as soon as possible, probably within the hour. They arrived about 11:45 and that was fine. I know the terrible weather played a part in their delay so it all worked out. I'm a happy customer!

They were able to remove a number of stains that I had decided before they came were lost causes. We had a tar like substance drip on the rung from the attic fan and they were able to remove the residue and all the stain. I would definitely recommend these guys.

They made the carpets look like new which was terrific since I had several pet stains that I was concerned about. I was worried that I might need to replace the carpets, but their work was so effective, I won't need to do that now! The men who came to the house explained the process and they were very careful of any of my furniture and the two cats in the house at the time of the work. They were also careful to clean up after they'd finished their work by vacuuming any dirt or other materials brought into the house from their equipment.

I bought an Angie's list coupon for upholstery cleaning that included a couch, love seat and a chair with Scotchguarding. Elaine called to confirm one of the dates that I had chosen and worked with me to get a time that worked well for me. She called back the day before and left a zippy quick message to confirm the date and time. The two men arrived on time, got right to work, were personable and friendly, worked quickly and got the job done. Also, told me about other services the company offers. Would certainly use again.

My experience went very well. Joe was very professional and friendly while visiting. He did more than what I had expected and was a very efficient worker. He was also a very hard worker. I was very pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

The two cleaners who came did a very good job and were great PR for their company, telling us of all the services and what other jobs the company performs I was disappointed that for $199, the cleaners spent only an hour and 10 minutes cleaning, could not find the condo at first, and thought they were cleaning for anoer pertson. They did not pick up items to dust under them; they had no sweeper with them but kept bumping into wooden table legs and other furniture with my sweeper. Mine furniturw is old, but someone with newer furniture might be offended. This was supposed to be a BI G DEAL price, but I mustakenly received a bill in the mail for the cusomer they had confused me with and for the same work in more rooms the job was $79/hour plus an extra 1/2 hour so that bill was only 2/3 the cost of my BIG DEAL and I was a little upset. I would use the service again, but would want what their services would be written on a work sheet. . The cleaners had no job requisition with, so they really didn'tknow what to do except a basic cleaning for $199 and I mentioned the Angie's list special ~ not comprehended? I could have had a deep cleaning somewhere else for $79.00 which I only found out later on the list. Sorry, but I think this was not a GOOD DEAL/BIG DEAL for me, Thank you for allowing my opinion after all of these month passing by. Joan

I've used this service three times now. They are excellent, and incredibly detailed. They work fast, it's wonderful. Very personable, as well.

First, a company representative came out for an estimate. He was early. Then we set the dates the crew would came out. They were very professional and got the job done in the agreed-upon five days. They even did some things not originally asked for, but wanted to give me my five days worth of work.

Scheduling was really easy, they were really responsive and professional. 2 of their employees came, on time, they were very nice and polite. They cleaned the carpet but about 24 hrs later, one patch of carpet started turning yellowish brown. I called them, they explained that once the chemical hits the deeper layers of the carpet, it's not unusual for it to bleed it out like that. Then they came out and cleaned that area again, without any charge. Again, they were on time and very polite. The only thing I recommend they do is find a way to clean the areas of the carpet where the floor meets the walls. My carpet is clean, but now there is a noticeable black/brown contour line along the walls. There must be some attachment they can use on their machines that reaches those parts.

Everything went really well and they did a good job.

We had arranged for the two hour housecleaning to be done on the afternoon of 7/22/2013. My Aunt died on 7/19/2013 and her funeral mass was to be at 10A.M. on the 22nd. We contacted Haddad's and requested that the team not come until we called upon our arrival home. We were on our way home, when we got a call from our gardener telling us that the team was already at our residence. We told him to let them in, but to watch them, which he did. After we got home and asked why they had come before we called, and they said they had not been told of the change. After they left, we discovered that they had not cleaned our laundry room. When we contacted Haddad's, we were told that the crew was not supposed to open closed doors. Since we were there, they should have asked us about the closed door but did not.
