They did spring cleaning of dusting walls, furniture, under beds, window seals, fans. washing doors and windows of 4 bedrooms. Scrubbed 2 bathroom and a powder room. Polished all furniture in living room and dining room. did the high stuff. Washed and polished kitchen cabinets. Did lights in all bathrooms and halls. Got it all done in the 2 hours I required. it was a very productive day:)

+ 7 morePlease see above. He was hired to clear out debris from house, clean house, remove carpets, uhpolstered furniture. Pressure wash the deck, patio, porch.
Description of Work: We hired Hadad to clean out our parents' house after a bad experience with a tenant who left the house smelling like cats. Craig Edwards, the owner, assured us that he had successfully cleaned similiar houses.After giving him $7,800.00 he will not return my calls and the relators going through the house told us that "the cat smell is overwhelming." He did not tell us that his crew of 20ish year olds were going to paint something permanently white/grey over the hardwood floors, baseboards, and slop paint up onto the walls, wallpaper. He did not tell us that they don't clean windows when they clean a house or that his crew would throw hundreds of cigarette butts all over the yard, that they do not have tools and would use our tools and dump them in puddles outside in the rain. He does not clean the metal carpet strips or metal under the door strips but leaves them with cat feces. When pieces of debris fell out of the dumpsters, they left it in the yard as well as rags thrown out in the yard. I arrived at the house one day earlier than they expected me to be there and the crew told me that they had gone to Lowes to buy lemon pinesol to spray on the wood floors to mask the smell so I wouldn't smell it. When Craig was to meet the relator at the house he didn't show, said he would meet later in the day, and then when she contacted him he did not answer and then said she had missed him. He was there and gone. Brand new Limoges dishes still in the boxes inside of the hope chest disappeared. His favorite saying is, "Nothing we can do about that now!" The house stinks. The floors look like a three year old threw paint on them and the baseboards. Heater register covers were taken off, not cleaned, and not put back because that would not be cleaning, it would be an additional service of "restoration" He promised us he would start work on on specific day so were were there from out of town to see it get started. He arrived at the designated time on Monday morning and told us that he had learned the previous Friday that he could not start until the next day. He will not call me back or take my calls. His office tells me that he is out and "forgot his cell phone." Most of all, we are trying to sell the house and purchased his services with his repeated assurances he could do the job. It stinks. The whole experience with him has been stressful, costly, and unsuccessful. Last night I had to have a locksmith go to the house at 1 a.m. at a high night rate because the police told me that the front door was wide open. It seems the Hadad crew put long screws into the door (why?) preventing it from locking. The garbage cans were left full of the cleaning crews debris in the middle of the driveway. Windows were left open and unlocked overnight and during rain storms. Craig tried to get the relator to hire him to do unrelated work on the house such as upgrade the electrical something for an additional $3000. He was told not to let anyone into the house but had a long chat with a flipper who went through the entire house. Craig told him that he thought the house should go for 1/2 the asking price. He is quite a salesman. He misrepresented what our $7,800.00 would get us. We certainly did not think it would get us a house with "overwhelming cat" smells.

+ -1 moreI have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and was becoming disenchanted with the work and the cost of these companies' services. I was so happy with the carpet cleaning that Hadad's did in my living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The quality of the work is much better than the other companies and the price is lower. I was pleased that the employees that came did not try to talk me into additional services such as treatment with stain resist sprays. I always felt taken by carpet cleaning companies in the past, but I was pleased with the work done for the money that I paid.
Description of Work: I took advantage of The Angie's List special with Hadad's carpet cleaning for 4 rooms.

+ 1 moreScheduling was done in a very professional manner, but didn't seem to get the job done. On the day of the appointment, there was a mix up with another appointment and my work got delayed by an hour or so. There also seemed to be a mix up on what was required, although the team was flexible in providing services and did what was needed. They did a very good job, but thought the cost was a bit high. Professional team. Giving them an A for results, but there were some rough edges.
Description of Work: Provided a cleaning--scrubbing floors, carting away old shelving, emptying some shelving and spaces in a garage.

+ -1 moreThey were scheduled for a Thursday late morning or early afternoon, but didn't arrive until around 4pm. According to a friend who let them in, they were very polite and went about their work professionally. My major concern wasn't so much with a dirty carpet (lots of stains, etc.) but a tenant had no control over a dog who used the carpet as a bathroom (fortunately only pee). We had to remove and throw out all of the downstairs carpet, but the upstairs carpet could be saved with a good cleaning. I hated walking into the house and smelling dog pee! They took care of that problem. The carpets cleaned up well and there is no more smell. I'm satisfied with the job they did.

+ -1 moreI had them scheduled a week or so in advance. I took off work to be there to show them exactly what I wanted done. They quoted a timeframe of a few hrs.in the morning. They were more than several hrs. late, didn't call, I had to call them. I do not have a day to waste. I canceled the appointment when they were extremely late. And, they were rude. I would never recommend this service.

+ 0 moreWhen Hadad initially came out to my home the men were extremely friendly. They helped me clear all of the furniture out of the room that was being cleaned (I was juggling my infant son) and brought their machine into my home. Upon beginning they realized the machine was broken. They cleaned up the water that they had put down on the floor, put my furniture back and were very apologetic. They said if I would allow them to come back they would only charge me for half of the square footage. I agreed to allow them to come back at the discounted rate. The next day I got a call from Hadad saying they had an opening at 1:30. They asked if I'd like it. I said yes. They got here at 4:30. I moved all of the furniture to save time. Once they got here they cleaned the floors (got my carpets totally soaked in the process, they did suck up the water at the end however). I called Elaine and explained to her that the previous guys had offered me 1/2 price for the inconvenience, she told me to tell the guys working and they wrote it on my invoice. I then signed the invoice. I received a bill from them today detailing a small discount but no where near what I was promised. I called Hadad and an extremely rude man told me that it was a mistake. After explaining that they inconvenienced me many times on many levels, and furthermore I SIGNED an invoice stating the discount, he responds "fine" and hangs up. Wow. Awesome Hadad.

+ -1 moreI got a call twenty minutes before the crew was to arrive confirming they were on their way. Very nice touch. Joe and Nate were courteous and made sure they understood what I wanted before they started. They explained what they would do, how they would do it and approximately how long it would take. They got right to work and were quiet and fastidious. They spent extra time on the obviously more worn and trafficked areas, and willingly helped move extra furniture. The carpet looks truly brand new - and it is 45 years old - and it smells fresh too, not overly perfumed. The only concern I had was that I had not received a confirmation call by 5pm the day before the cleaning was tentatively scheduled. I had been told that very cold weather was a potential problem for the equipment, and I had been expecting a call from the office to confirm if the date would be a go ahead or not. I ended up calling the office myself, and was a little surprised to learn that the work would be going ahead despite the weather. It was a bit of a hurry to remove decorative items and clear cabinets of heavy books on three floors in order to be ready for first thing next morning, but I was able to get everything ready.
