They came and started to clean the tile and grout when their machine broke. The left some of there equipment at the house. They came back very late the next day, but no one could tell me if and when they were returning. They supposedly cleaned and sealed the shower tile. But every time I get in the shower I see cracks in the grout and it doesn't look very clean.

2-3 individuals from Hadad came and cleaned 3 rooms and an area rug. The crew was friendly, professional, and helpful. Carpets and rugs were very thoroughly cleaned. I would hire them again.

We have a small but cluttered ranch and they went right to work cleaning our bathroom, Kitchen, two bed rooms and combination living room, dining room to perfection. We were quite satisfied.

The cleaning was not thorough, it was a very light cleaning. I had somethings on the coffee table and they were not dusted. They did not washed the floor

Poorly. They stripped off the sealer when they went to clean the grout and left it unsealed. The men had to come back out and reseal it, but the original luster was not duplicated, plus there was additional damage that was not remedied. We asked to have the men come back out, but the owner resisted and we finally gave up.

Ok. They finished the tile and grout very quickly and only spent about half the time in the garage. Was not worth the price.

They did a very nice job. They arrived on time, took care with furniture and were able to get the stains out. Good price for the work done.

I paid in October and scheduled the cleaning for early December. Somehow I was forgotten and did not get on their schedule. I found this out when I called the day they were originally scheduled. They promptly sent a crew out to my house.

The ladies who came were fantastic, very friendly, professional and polite. They did everything that they were supposed to do and I would hire these two ladies again. My only issue with this Angie's List deal was that the deal was "$159 for a thorough house cleaning...' After seeing other deals on Angie's List that are listed as "6-7 Hours of Housecleaning for $x price, I realized that the vague wording of 'thorough housecleaning' was not clear enough. It was mentioned when they got there that usually each time slot is for 2-hours of cleaning. If this was the case, the deal should read "$159 for 2 hours of house cleaning" because that is what the deal actually is, and I had more I needed cleaned, except I did not want to challenge them and keep them from staying past the 2-hour time slot. Again, this has nothing to do with the girls who performed the service, they were great and represented the company very well and did a good job, my only issue is with the lack of transparency in the deal itself. I expected 'thorough housecleaning' to be a thorough cleaning of all or the majority of my home, however, it was for what I could fit in within 2-hours. This company needs to be more transparent in their service-offering, because 'thorough house cleaning' is very vague, and there are other deals for '8 hours of house cleaning' for less than their 2-hour price.

Horrible! Showed up almost an hour late, however did call to say they were running late(IMO that was the only task that was done that was positive) Missed several areas of cleaning, like 10-15 Had Machine trouble, whatever that is defined as... Running out of water, needing to refill from my supply, then dumping their waste in the Township Sewer Drains. Almost 3 hours to do the job, maybe because of the above Machine Trouble? Had to be reminded to seal the tile, they said they weren't aware of that. Didn't move the furniture back.

It went very smoothly. Two girls came, promptly started upstairs and then downstairs. They worked efficiently. A couple of tiny spots got overlooked, but that was their first time in my house. They accomplished what I needed to have done in about 1 1/2 hours.

They were good. It was a deal. There were two people. It took 3 hours.

It went quite well. Two women spent two hours of steady work cleaning. I was particularly pleased with the through cleaning of my stove and microwave. I gave a B on responsiveness because Hadad missed my original desired date for this service due to confusing me with another customer with the same last name.

Cleaning was ok; some good - some not as good as I expected (footprints left on kitchen floor). Broke window blind and didn't even tell me; found out after they left. Made me fit to their schedule vs. fitting to my schedule. Girls were friendly and work was fast.
