We are quite pleased with how it turned out. The carpet pretty dry even as they went through.

They were professional and did a good job, They showed up when they were suppose to.

Everything was good except that the gum was not removed.

They did a good job. They came when they said they would come. We normally clean our carpets ourselves and this was the first time we used an outsider. I would use them again if I use another provider.

I needed a specific time frame for the work to be done and Hadad was able to accommodate me on short notice. I had a reminder call the day before and 2 gentleman showed up on time and got to work right away. We had been concerned that we would have to replace some carpeting from water damage, but the carpets came out beautifully, all stains were gone. I had used Hadad Services before for a deep clean after a renovation and will definitely used them again

For a tough task, they did a good job on the carpets.

We've used Hadad's 4 times now (including our old rental and our new-to-us home). We've been happy with their services, and still would recommend them to others. They've always been very easy to schedule, the cleaners have always been professional, and they've been hard workers. I had to take a few notches in their grade because their last service was a little disappointing based on our previous experiences. They did a decent job cleaning up the basement of our old house, but even that same day I was still finding cobwebs in corners that should have been cleaned. But, it was an extremely dirty basement, so I can't really hold that against them. But when I had asked them to go back over a stairwell that they should have done on their previous service, they did but I still found dirt on top of the door, on the wall, etc. I had to go back over it. Some of this was probably my fault for not being clearer with what we wanted done, and having them do the stairwell after the filthy basement that wore them out, but that's why I gave them A's and B's. Good company, and we will be using them again.

Great! They pre-treated tough areas and moved small pieces of furniture that were in the way.

It was awful, the company failed to finish the job for the time allotted and left my house unsecured.

I wanted to update my review for service originally provided 18 July, below. After realizing we were not satisfied with the carpet cleaning we received because the carpets took so long to dry, Hadad Services contacted us and offered recleaning at no charge. They were able to schedule quickly and after 24 hours our carpets are dry and smell much better. Eventhough it was a little inconvenient to have to move everything a second time, we are much happier with the end result and have updated ratings provided to reflect this. I purchased the special on the Angie's List website and was told I would be contacted by Hadad within 2 business days. No one contacted me so I called the provider and after over a week of calls was finally able to schedule. When I did talk to someone they scheduled the service for the next day. The cleaning team arrived earlier than anticipated and was done with all 4 rooms in an hour. They were professional and courteous and my rugs looked nice. I was happy until we realized how wet the carpets were. We were told the crew would spend extra time drying the carpets and now I know why it only took them an hour. Nearly 72 hours later our carpets are still damp and we still can't put the rooms back together. We've had a whole house fan and oscillating fans circulating to keep air flowing since the work was finished. I even turned the heat on for several hours thinking it would help. I only hope the carpets don't start to smell from being wet for several days.

the service was never provided. hadad service never contacted me to schedule. I got an email asking for my phone # which I provided, but was never contacted. I would consider using this service if at the same deal.

We have had Hadad's services do a variety of services. I 've got to tell you, they are awesome at everything. This time we had our furniture cleaned. From the secretary who schedules to the technicians, their work is always done with perfection. They have a new truck mount cleaner that is amazing. It got stains out that I thought were there forever. The technicians were on time (calling about a half hour before coming). They made my furniture look like new. They are friendly, courteous and know what they are doing. Don't waste your time on silly specials because it's back to the old saying, you really do get what you pay for!

They did a great job. The rug was very dirty from the 2014 winter and there was a buildup of mold because of all of the rain we have had.It took about a week to get everything done, due to weather.I found Hadaddy on Angie's list.What a great company, they do everything ! The Manager and young men that did the work were excellent, polite and courteous. I will call them again for additional service as needed.

The only difficult part about this job was getting it scheduled. The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back with an estimate and to schedule. This did occur, however I was not available to answer the phone. The message on my voice mail told me the price and gave me a date and asked that I call to confirm. I called to confirm and was told I was put on the schedule. I took half a day off from work so that I could be home when the cleaners arrived. After waiting an hour beyond the confirmed time, I called and was told I wasn't even on the schedule -- this by the woman with whom I had spoken originally (we talked about wiggle time, am or pm, etc.). She told me she would get someone out to my house that afternoon and would call me right back. She called back but was unable to get anyone to my house to do the work. We rescheduled for the following Monday at 8:30 am. At about 8:45 on that Monday, I received a call from the cleaners asking about my address, saying it was not showing up on their GPS. The zip code was showing my town, but the street would not show up. That was because they only had part of my street name (ex: street name Oakwood, they had Oak)!! Once the two cleaners arrived, all went very smoothly. They were two nice young men, very polite and respectful of me and the property. They explained what they were doing and how the processes worked. They worked well and efficiently together and I couldn't be more pleased with the result!! I will definitely use Hadad again! Next time though, I will confirm and reconfirm my appointment BEFORE the scheduled day of service. I should also add that they gave me a slight discount because of the inconvenience of the first missed appointment. Overall, I am satisfied and will call on them again.

They are very good. It went very well. I will recommend to have that service.

It was a good experience.they were punctual and my carpets looked much better than before

After our previous housecleaner decided to retire from the business we tried Hadad services. So far we have been very pleased with their service, and plan to use them bi-weekly. We especially like that we are now on a regular schedule and our card is charged after each service so we don't have to keep remembering to write checks.

This was 2nd visit by Hadad. They have been able and willing to come when it fits our schedule. The team of two is very flexible in cleaning what we want on each visit. They are efficient and are quickly learning the features of our house.

I contacted Hadad's yesterday and told the receptionist that I had an issue with getting the reception area and hallway in my office cleaned and I need it done by this Friday. She put me on the schedule for the next day at 11:30 am, then called back and asked if they could come at 8:30 am, this worked out even better for me! The crew of two arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They were very professional and explained the "spot" treatment to me and how it would work. They even shut the machine off when the phone in the office rang so I could answer it. That was impressive!! They were done in 45 minutes. The rug looks brand new! I also love that they use citrus smelling products, no chemical smell at all!

Would recommend Hadad Services to anyone and will definitely use in the future. They came out within 48 hours of my call on a holiday week. Everyone was extremely professional. I asked for a call 30 minutes before arrival and the technicians did call me approximately 35-40 minutes before arriving. My floors have never looked better!

pressure washing was fine. They said they would return to secure loose nails and apply sealant. Either they did not come back, or they did but they did a poor job. Loose nails everywhere and deck looked worse than before. I had to secure all loose nails and apply sealant myself!

Good job completed on time and as agreed.

Came on time. Got to work immediately. Vacuumed first. Sprayed stain remover. Deodorized. Then shampooed using van built with equipment. Did not need to use house water. The two men from Hadad's knew what they were doing. All cleaners used were 'green' and were not harsh harmful chemicals. Did four areas in about one and one-half hours. I was amazed at how new all the carpets looked. I have two male dogs that have been marking with urine for 2 years. Fantastic result. Men were courteous, answered all my questions, and were highly professional. Definitely would use them again in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Very happy. Carpets look and smell fantastic!
