Everything went well. The company always responded quickly, their staff was professional, and they did a good job.

Very well. The guys were very accomodating with the dogs, and worked very efficiently. I only wish I could have them do it more often. My floors looked brand new.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. They came out a couple of weeks later after I made the purchase. We did pay extra for them to clean the furniture. They did a nice job. They moved furniture around. They put plastics underneath the furniture to protect the wood. It took a day for the carpets to dry.

It took a while to get a hold of them and schedule an appointment for the work to be completed. I was told that they would contact me to set up an appointment. After have ANGIE'S LIST contact them twice and waiting over a week I recieved a call from them and set up the appointment. The one scheduler for them was out of the office, but no one informed me of that at the time. On the day of the appointment they were running a couple minutes behind (about 10 minutes) and were going to be a couple minutes late, but they called in advance to let us know. While they were here, the work was done well.

The problem was poor communication. I explicitly told them that I wanted to stain the deck after the power washing so I didn't want them to apply the sealer right away. They assured me that they understood and would wait for me to tell them it was alright to apply some other time. They washed one day, which was done well. The issue was they returned a couple of days later without warning or consultation and applied the sealer before the stain was applied. I then had to call them and complain. They initially said there was "nothing they could do" but once I spoke to the owner he said they would come out with a product to remove the sealer. This took quite a bit of time to set up and when it was finally done I had lost my window of time to stain my deck (which wasn't their fault, but it wouldn't have happened if they had just followed my instructions or even come out to remove the sealer quicker than they did) Overall a frustrating experience. Not bad people, but poor service.

I would like.It went fine. Scheduler was polite, workers were very nice, and prompt, and professional. Work was nicely done although grout area in front of fridge was somewhat dirtier than the rest of the floor and didn't clean up as well as I hoped.

They arrived on time. They were very personable and professional. Our floors look fantastic. The one bathroom in particular, I thought would turn out marginal at best as the grout was so very dirty. I was amazed at how good it looks. Old coffee stains and other stains came out of our carpets and they look like new. I only wish they could also repair grout as some of our grout that was already loose did come out completely, which is understandable, and I will need to find someone to do that repair.

I spoke to them on the phone and they told me they do not service my area. I will not be using the deal.

They did an outstanding job with several challenging set-in stains. Very professional. Best experience with carpet cleaners after years of using top name services. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was fine. They did a nice job. I would recommend them.

No date was given. Provider never contacted us. We want to cancel and refund Paypal account the $149 charged for this service.

I was very pleased with their service and their price was comparable with other people.

They could not get me in before Thanksgiving

They did a fine job cleaning the carpet. there were ink stains. when they left hte ink stains were gone, but when it dried, the stains came back. I called them adn they came back and retreated it. The same thing happened again but it was not quite as prominent as it was the first time. THey took their time and did what they could, but it was hard to tell if it would come out all the way until it dried. I called but they wouldn't come out again. They said they had never experienced ink stains of that nature. I was very pleased with their workers, they took their time, but it was just that one spot that I felt could have been better. I would give the workers an A but the office a C for not being willing to come back out.

Everything went well with the ordering and contact with the provider. They called today to inform me that the equipment was broken and would not be repaired for a week. I needed the carpets cleaned by 10/31/2014 because of out of state company visiting.

They sent a crew of two guys. They did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

Rugs look great. Spots in family room removed. My complaint is that after receiving an e-mail from Hadad, they didn't call to set up an appt. I called them. On the appt. day, they called to say that they were running late and would arrive around 12:15 pm, but never arrived until 1:15 pm. Did not appreciate technician asking to use the bathroom.

This is the second time that I have asked Hadad's clean my carpets. I was so impressed with their work when they did it last year. I like that I pay the fee online. When they come, they clean the carpets and they do not try to sell me products or additional products as my former carpet cleaner did. I know what I will pay and there are no hidden costs and no one persuading me to have my carpet deodorized or stain proofed. No one tries to sell me expensive products such as spray for pet stains or outdoor mats. I have been quite pleased with my new carpet cleaners.

Came when expected. I was not home, but my father let them in. When I got home, there was still green stuff on portions of the deck, and the rails did not appear to be done at all. There appeared to have been sealer applied because it was spattered all over, including on the stones below the deck. It was sprayed on, apparently, but not evenly at all. When I called to say it didn't look right, the person answering the phone said the owner was out of town and did I want them to call me when they returned. I said yes, and never heard from them again. Unfortunately, what's on me is that I didn't have the time or energy to pursue it, and will neither use this company, nor any "deals," again. It would have been a deal, had the work been done well, but as it was, it was a waste of money.

I wish I could give Hadad Services a higher rating. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING!!!! I chose Hadad from Angie's List because they listed dealing with hoarders and the elderly on their profile. My parents are elderly and were very close to being hoarders. In the past 5 years my siblings and I had tried to clean their home, but they were very resistant. Out of desperation I called Hadad, thinking that at least I could get the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and the carpets steam cleaned. Hadad did all of that, but in addition, they treated my parents with such kindness,, dignity and respect, that they were able to convince them to give up piles of old boxes, magazines, newspapers and other materials that my siblings and I could not do. They helped them box up and neatly store mementos in their attic and storage unit. They gathered and boxed more items to give to the grandchildren and had them ready for me to take in my car. Once they cleared the house, they cleaned it from top to bottom, windows, walls, carpets, floors. Everything is spotless and for the first time in years, my parents can use all the rooms in the house that used to be blocked with stuff. My mother cried from happiness and I could not believe how clean and comfortable the house is. Hadad is excellent at old fashioned, deep cleaning. But where they truly excel, is the humanity and caring that they show to their clients. Every business should be run the way Hadad does its work. They are the best in every way.

He took his time power washing each and every crevice, then came back two days later when the wood was dry to seal it. Both the worker and the office people were very knowledgeable and personable.

Everything went well and I am very happy with the results. I was able to schedule quickly which was great. I took advantage of a special offer in my neighborhood. There was a little bit of confusion when the guys got here with respect to what was getting cleaned but we resolved it quickly. They were very polite and accommodating. Carpets are still slightly damp 24 hours later but I'm sure if the furnace or AC was running to circulate the air they would be completely dry. I will recommend their services to others.

They did a good job. They got the job done in a couple of hours. The scheduling was easy.

It could not have been better.
