The men arrrived within the time allotted and worked quickly and quietly to clean the areas of carpet. They got out a stain I've had for a while and cleaned up after themselves as they left. Couldn't have gone better.

Prompt, courteous service. Carpets came very clean.

For house cleaning, I usually use it through Angie's List. The name of the provider is Haddad's. I was looking at having somebody come in again as soon as Angie's List has one back on with a big deal. My mom was very pleased with them.

Punctual, professional and careful with walls and corners. A big deal to me. They work quickly and don't try to ell you some additional protection or service. I would use them again.

Easy to schedule and quick service.

The arrived at the appointed time, were professional and let the kitchen as they found it and explained what they could do and could not do. Also, the first appointment had to be canceled due to the extreme cold weather and they scheduled the next appointment immediately.

The workers arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the scheduled work the workers explained what they had completed and what to expect regarding the drying process.

I bought this as an Angie's list deal ($120 for three rooms and hallway). We recently moved into the home and wanted carpets cleaned (previous owner had a cat, no visible stains but dander seemed to irritate our allergies). Scheduling was very easy. They were able to schedule the cleaning around our busy schedule. Two guys (I forget their names, sorry!) arrived in a professional looking Hadad cleaning truck. They were very polite and listened to our concerns (wanted to solve pet dander). One room, which is the nursery, had a few pieces of furniture in it. They explained that to get rid of the dander, they should clean under the furniture, so at no additional charge, the guys moved the baby furniture, cleaned the room, and moved the furniture back (with the styrofoam tabs placed under the furniture so the carpet could dry properly). They were very through, the carpets look much cleaner, and no more irritations/ hives on the baby (crawling)! The guys also warned us of slipping when walking from damp carpet to the hardwood portions of our home. Truthfully, I probably would have never used Hadad Services if it hadn't been for the Angie's List deal. I will call/ recommend Hadad the next time we, or our family/ friends, need carpets cleaned.

Very dissappointed with their service. Purchased this big deal. They sent me a message next day and asked for my location . I let them know about my location. Got another message after a few days saying someone will call me back. Again did not hear anything back so called them, and they told me that they do not serve my area. It took them 5 days to give me this information. on their big deal page - service area is listed as "Entire area". Had to call Angies for a refund for this service. Very disappointed

They emailed me the very next day and said they didn't service my area. It would have been since to not get this deal in my emails since they do not service my area.

Wonderfully. Scheduled us on short notice and accommodated our schedule. Arrived on time and did jobs professionally and thoroughly. Very impressed.

The service was through Angie's List. It was A-plus, they did a fantastic job. The workers were right on time.

Unfortunately they are scheduling too far out for me. I want the service sooner than they can come out to provide the service.

I called them and they weren't sure if they serviced my area. They said they would call me back within 24 hours. They never called me back so I called them this morning and they told me they don't service my area and Angie's List is giving me a refund for the Big Deal.

The service and results were fantastic. Definitely recommend hiring them.

They did a great job. They took care of a really bad stain on my steps and it never came back. They were polite and they did a wonderful job overall. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Timely professional service. The grout and tile were noticeably cleaner. Only took a couple of yours in and out.

They arrived on time, and completed the service as quoted. They did an excellent job, even though it took them much longer tun they expected. Would highly recommend them, and will use them for any future work I might have done.

Very good experience from the first time I called. Easy to get a hold of by phone took time to answer all my questions and made setting up the appointment very easy. Called to remind us of the appointment the day before and even called the day of the appointment to let us know they were on there way. The two girls the company sent out did a great job and got the work done in the allotted time. We were very happy with how well they cleaned.
