Hadad Services

I scheduled these service a week before i closed on the house. The cleaners came an hour after i got the keys and the carpet cleaners came the next morning. The seller was not fully moved out the day of closing so she did not clean at all and the house was a disaster. On top of that, she scheduled the water to turn off a day early so there was no water in the house for the cleaners! So it was very stressfull right off the bat and i was expecting the cleaners to take 5-6 hours with all the complications. For water, they had to go outside and empty buckets and use the neighbors hose, i figured they will be there for a while so i left to get some boxes, two hours later i came back i was amazed. The girls were already gone and the house was amazing. They didnt forget to do anything of the things i requested and everything was spot on. I was first in disbelief that they cleaned as deep as i wanted them to in the short amount of time they were there, but I couldnt find anything wrong. I even opened u the highest kitchen cabinet to feel for dust and it was spotless. Very impressed, and will be calling to schedule bi-weekly cleans. The carpet cleaners came today, again water wasnt turned off yet but they managed with the hose outside, they didnt a great job and was in and out in no time. Overall very impressed with Hadad. I will be refering them to my friends and will be returning to them for my service needs

After a miscommunication about the day and time, we rescheduled. Keenan and Mark came out on the 2nd scheduled date and did what we needed them to do. We understand this was Mark's first time doing this kind of job, but Keenen has done this many times before. The two of them worked well together. They were here for a little bit over the 5 man-hours that we contracted them for, but since this was Mark's first time, they did not charge us anything for the excess time. Since we were having the garage walls and ceiling painted the next day, they didn't need to put everything back. Everything was left in an organized manner, so after the paint was dry, it was very simple and straightforward for us to put everything back that we did not throw or give away.

My wife and I had someone cleaning the house once a month and she charged $200 and did a shoddy, half-hearted job. My wife went out of town on business and I called Hadad Services (based on reviews from Angie's List) and asked if there was any way they could clean the house the next day. I was totally surprised when they said they could! Talk about customer service. Donna and Jeff came the next day and the job they did was incredible. They did an amazing cleaning in the house - living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, finished basement - and even cleaned the cat litter!! I could not have been more pleased with the service - and so was my wife. I called the next day to thank Hadad's for such an excellent job - and have signed up for housecleaning every two weeks - and asked for Donna and Jeff. Hadad Services were responsive, customer-oriented and meticulous in their services.

They did not know what the time was when I called them and then they said they did not service my area. I am highly upset about this because I feel like they are just wasting my time.

Everything went well. It was easy to make an appointment and to explain a few details of my situation. The technicians were a bit late due to traffic, I think, but called and let me know what was going on. In the end, they were less than an hour late. They were very nice and worked professionally.

They were prompt, polite and did a very good job on my furniture.

No complaints, though it wasn't a particularly challenging job that I'm aware of. Ok, one complaint, they didn't tell me to make sure there was enough space in front of the apartment for the van to park, and that was nearly a problem. That's why I gave them a B on professionalism. But everything else was fine.

Outstanding service: they called prior to arrival and arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. The carpets looks great and stains / odors from our elderly incontinent dog were removed.

They organized and cleaned my garage. They did a great job! I wish I would have taken a before and after picture!

The scheduling process was easy and Karen in the office was responsive and helpful. The gentlemen who came to provide the service were very professional and courteous. They moved everything in my garage and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the floors, corners, walls, and doors. They also wiped down all of the items in the garage before placing them back where they were. Great value for the cost; definitely recommend and will definitely use the Company for other cleaning services in the future.

After the superb job Hadad did in cleaning our home, my wife and I contacted Hadad about carpet cleaning. Arranged for the job to bedone 07/08/2015 for $159.00. A few days later Angie's had a special for the same job. With out my even calling, Hadad called me andafter having the special, gave me the reduced price.Nate and Chris for Hadad arrived at 12:00p.m. and proceeded to perform an excellent job of cleaning our dining room living room combination as well as our two bed rooms. and basement steps. The job was so good and also were assured all the supplies used were safe for our dog!They worked from noon to 1:30p.m. and we are very pleased!

Due to various physical problems, my wife and I have not been able to keep up with our home cleaning! Hadad offered a special thru Angie's List for house cleaning and I felt it was time. bought the special on 6/23/2015 with instructions to be done 1,2, or 8 July. Contacted them to verify and was called on the 30th of June and had to reschedule for the 2nd of July . Ladies called and said they were held up on another job at the prescribed time, but would be here shortly. Angela and Darcie arrived at 1:45 p.m. and proceeded to do an excellant job of cleaning and mopping. They were very thorough and finished by 3:40 p.m. Great job and will have them back.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE called to get a quote on putting up a tile wall in my living room. They said they did not so renovations BUT out me in touch with someone that could. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

They did a fairly good job. I was not happy with the way the carpet kind of separated a little. There is like a groove in it now. I do not know what they did. The carpet is rippled in one area. It was like pulled away or something. It does not lay flat. There were at least workers that came out. They got here when they said they would. When they left, they left the area looking okay. The price was good.

It was a man and a woman team. They really did a very thorough job. They did very well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came in the morning early. I think it was 8 or so. But then they took a break and then they came back after their break and then went out for lunch and then came back. So they were here for at least five hours. They were good and very courteous. They each took their parts and did their part. They split up and did different things. To get whole house cleaning and all that stuff done it was excellent. It was worth it.

The provider came by earlier than planned, but gave me advance warning. I let them in, showed them around and explained that everything had to be spick-and-span for a move out, and that there were some stray objects lying around that needed to be gathered together so I could get them out of the aparment, and left. Two hours later I got a call saying that they were done, so I packed up and headed back to the apartment. Everything was just right. It all looked great, and my excess stuff had been gathered into two boxes for easy tansport. Simple, rapid, and painless.
