Hadad Services

Service included 2 men equipped with brooms and vacuum. They began right away after discussing my objectives by emptying the garage, putting together many different storage containers and shelving units and then reorganizing the garage utilizing the units (which were still in boxes). They also swept my driveway and front porch area and steps without my asking. While I was very pleased with the work the 2 men did, I was disappointed at a later date to find out that I owed the company another $70 because The Angies Big Deal did not specify that the price was for labor hours not actual hours (the Deal said up to 5 hours) and the guys were here 3.45 hours.

It went well. I would have them back, but I would monitor their progress more closely.

Two employees arrived early, calling first to ask for permission to do so. They reviewed what they planned to do and then cleaned my furniture thoroughly. They answered my questions and were polite. I felt the price was a bit steep, but I haven't had furniture cleaned in years so this might be reasonable.

It was ok. missed quite a few areas. Window sills, did not remove scarves from dressers in the bedroom-only dusted visible edges, totally missed an end table in the living room,didn't dust the lampshades, didn't do the floor or the scale under the sink in the bathroom. For the work that they did, the price was very high, considering I had to re-do things on Saturday! 2 ladies here for about 1.5 hours. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected from some one with an A rating. I won't be having them back.

That worked out very well. I had couple of areas left. I had more areas than the area that I had them do. He explained about the service. They were late.

I made the buy on 11/20/2015 as a Big Deal. My wife and I had used Hadad before and felt it was time to clean again. We had settled on 12/02/2015 at 11:30a.m. with a call ahead. I received a call at about 10:00a.m. with a request to come a little earlier, which I approved. The crew made up of two women and a man arrived at 10:30a.m. and went promptly to work. I asked a favor of them to help me flip the queen mattress in our master bedroom and they did it with out my needing to do anything.I appreciated this added touch of them offering to make the bed which felt I could do later. The cleaning went on in a very business like and cheerful way with a lot of friendly talk about our dog and the shot glass collection my wife and I have collected. as mementos of trips and received from friends! The job went amazingly fast, but thorough with cleaning of the bath room,kitchen,bedrooms, and dining room/ living room combination. Including dusting, vacuuming and any mopping/scrubbing needed. The job was done in about an hour with them leaving at 11:30a.m. I and my wife are very pleased once again and will use Hadad again as needed!

The two gentlemen that came to do the job were extremely polite and so courteous. They worked very hard to get my garage in some kind of organized condition. They did a spectacular job organizing everything, even better than I imagined. I was so pleased with the results. They kept me informed every step of the way and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything they were doing. I can not thank them enough for all they did to make my garage look phenomenal!

First, I might not have the date of service right. I can't find the information right now. But I was very happy with the job. They were polite, and seemed to work very carefully. They were open to my suggestions. I asked them if they could do the area rugs while they were here, and they did it (with a small additional cost) rather than tell me I would have to schedule another visit. I appreciated that.

Great! Service is good and all Hadad employees are very friendly. They left the carpets looking and feeling like new!

. THE SERVICEMEN WERE VERY EFFICIANT. POLITE AND EXPLAINED THAT SOME STAINS WOULD NOT BE AS CLEAN AS OTHERS DUE TO AGE OF CARPET(18 YEARS). THEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT MANY PET STAINS, AND THE CARPET LOOKED ALMOST NEW!

They did a very good job. They hand washed ceramic floors as requested. everything was done to my satisfaction and I am the fussy type!

Had house cleaning done for Thanksgiving holiday at mother-in-law's home. They did an excellent job. Very thorough and professional. Only slight irritation was my husband had to call because they didn't arrive at the scheduled time. He was told that they were short-staffed that morning and someone would be out an hour after the time originally agreed upon. It was fortunate that my husband was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate. Other than that, they did an excellent job. The couple from Hadad was Donna & Jeff and I would definitely use Hadad again and request them. The Angie's List deal was for a thorough cleaning and that is what they did. I'm very pleased with the results. Though I wasn't there while they did the service, my husband was. He said they were very nice, polite, professional and very thorough. I saw the "end result" and am also extremely pleased. When I stopped by the house that evening, there was a pleasant, "clean" smell throughout the house. This is an older home, probably built around 1927.

Phenomenal experience. From the initial phone call to complete the work on short notice to the end product. The house was not an easy clean and they made it sparkle. Great communication with me as to the times etc. They also the carpets which were AMAZING. Highly recommend them!

The guys worked very hard and gave me my full 5 hours as promised. They were willing to work with whatever my directions were. Were cordial, hardworking and left the garage in better shape than I even expected. Thanks!!

The two ladies were very professional. Only one of them spoke English and she led the other. The language barrier was not a problem.

The two gentlemen called to let us know they were on their way. Arrived on time, discussed the job with us, etc. we remained involved for awhile to let them know what stayed and what was to be tossed. They did a great job, put all the junk oust the curb for removal, etc. we enjoyed our coffee while they cleaned the garages and re-organized them. They put things back in a very logical, orderly, and organized way.

I was able to get an appointment that was quick and fit my schedule. The two man team showed up on time and called before their arrival. They were courteous and answered questions that I had. One of the reasons I chose Hadad, besides the excellent reviews, was because they will allow you to include stairs in your square footage; not all companies do that.

He was great. Friendly and prompt. I recommended him to my sister-in-law, who needed carpets cleaned at her apartment complex.

They could have done a better job. They were cleaning the carpet and you could find spots that looked good and spots that looked bad. They were so fast. It looked like a sweeper almost. If you take your time, it will come out more even. It could have looked a little bit better. It was important to us because we were selling the house.

They were great!! Professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job!!!

This was an outstanding service in all respects. The staff was professional, they did a better (excellent) job on my carpets at a much more reasonable price than other providers have in the past. I will definitely use them again!

It went better than expected. The gentleman arrived on time and after a short walk through they explained their procedures and how they were going to proceed with the cleaning. When the work was completed they reviewed what was done pointing out some of areas that needed a little more attention and probably made us aware to vacuum these areas more frequently. With special lighting they also identified an additional area where it appeared a had dog urinated. They checked these areas to further determine how deep the stain was into the carpet. The gentleman took great care making sure their hoses or other cleaning tools did not damage the corners of any of our furniture. They were very professional, personable and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Hadad Services for carpet cleaning.

I contacted Hadad based on Angies List. The reply was prompt and we met at the property. It was embarrassing to show. A film of dust and dirt covered everything. Cat litter that had not been promptly emptied for years meant that the whole floor had been soiled. There were piles of junk in the dim light and cabinets with belongings that were all dirty, and cobwebs everywhere in the rafters. Craig Edwards assured me they had handled far worse. Responding to my request for a total cleanup, he proposed to do just that. Besides washing the floor and walls and cleaning the long neglected toilet, the team would individually examine and clean every item in the piles and in the cabinets and either return them to an organized location where they were or set them aside ask if they might be discarded. The entire room would also be treated with disinfectants to assure sanitation. He gave me the quote of $2884, which remained true. The company supplied me with references, which I checked. I then approved the job. A date was set for the work to begin on a Tuesday, As the date neared, I was contacted and asked if the start might be delayed to Wednesday because of a longer than expected preceding project. I was struck by their attention to asking me this and making sure that I would be okay with it. The two individuals who did the work could not have been more polite, and working non-stop they finished in two days. The result was unbelievable. I thank my lucky stars that I found Hadad Services for this, a project that I knew was ahead and that had worried me for years. As a result, I have now retained Hadad Services for regular cleaning of my own house, and the results are similar. This is a great lift in my life.
