Description of Work: The young guys we nice, friendly, hard working... Some of my stuff was not protected properly at the base/bottoms and some was damaged. The owner got back to me when I emailed and called a few times. I dropped the ball because I started a doctoral program and got too busy!! I would hire them again and just better supervise the truck packing!

+ -1 moreThe movers were extremely skilled and professional and clearly had the expertise and ability needed to make everything go extremely smoothly. We had no hiccups whatsoever, and despite a slightly later start than planned, the guys were quick and careful. Everything was moved with zero damage and I felt completely confident throughout. I took a bunch of business cards in the end because I was very pleased with their services and wanted to make sure any friends I have use them as well. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was also very helpful and friendly and they were communicative every step of the way.
Description of Work: Moved me from my apartment into my new home across town.

+ -1 moreScheduled a move and they were a NO SHOW. Move was scheduled for 8:30am and company was a NO SHOW . Numerous calls to the office with no answer-could only leave a voice mail. Owner called at 7:30pm that evening 12 hours after we were supposed to move, with the explanation that they had us scheduled for the NEXT DAY!!! Scheduling error. Unfortunately after this occurred, we researched reviews on other sights and saw that this has happened to numerous people including someone who stated after calling the office every ten minutes for an hour, a receptionist finally answered and her response was she "did not even know where the truck was." I wish we would have read reviews from all sites before scheduling this company. Had to take a day off a work for this move that did not happen. Make sure you look at all sights that review companies, not just Angie's list.
Description of Work: Was scheduled to wrap furniture which included 2 couches, 1 Queen size bed, 1 kitchen table with chairs, TV and TV stand, boxes. A pretty small move.

+ -1 moreCJ, Gerald, Lamar and James showed up ready to move! They took care to wrap the furniture to keep it protected. They moved a lot of big pieces of furniture through our old Victorian and down our staircase with its narrow landing without harm to the furniture. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. All of our concerns going into the move were easily alleviated. These guys were great! They got everything over to the new house in good condition and got it moved in within the estimated time. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat...if I ever decided to take on the burden of moving again, that is. They navigated tight spaces in the hosue AND in the truck. I was incredibly impressed and can't say enough good things. I'll recommend these guys to anyone thinking of moving!

Description of Work: Packed my house into a truck on 10-9 and moved me into my new house the next day. These were really strong men. They were careful with my things, I don't have any antiques but every bit I have arrived in great shape. They did not even get frustrated as I had them move furniture more than once. These guys were young, upbeat, and had the best attitudes. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They moved me from a 3rd floor apt to a home and I was extremely impressed. They were punctual and handled my items with care. Although I was a little nervous as it seemed not every member of the team was experienced, the leader took charge, walked those who seemed a little confused through the task and delegated like a pro. I have already referred them to others because my move went so much better than expected and I will definitely use their services again.
