Can't tell you about his work because he refused to even give me an estimate because I had the audacity to ask him to communicate with me via email or text. Accused me of trying to spam him! Certainly hope he treats his actual clients better.

Excellent, Kevin is courteous very clean professional knowledgeable and a kind person.

We're very pleased and referred him to other people. He provided great service. He's neat and cleaned up when he's finished with his work. Mister Good is very courteous and conscientious.

Kevin and crew did a variety of projects (and were very accomodating when I added to the list). Price was very reasonable. They came when they said they would and even worked over weekends to finish. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire again (and again)!!

Kevin deals with us on friend basis. He shows up when he says he's going to, provides information on quotes. He gets the job done. I would definitely recommend him.

Everything went great. They showed up when they said they'd be there. They completed the project in a timely manner and were very tidy about the work area. There were two men that came out and they were very respectful and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Even though we only had a partial part of our roof replaced, it was done at a very decent price and I will definitely keep them in mind if I need any other roof repairs or replacements done in the future.

Kevin Good did a fantastic job. We wanted a very large deck on the back of our house with a fence around the yard. We had some design ideas that were a bit complicated, and in planning and estimating, he was very patient and informative. We ended up with a great design and materials. We got 3 bids, and his price was reasonable and fair. The job was started when promised and was completed in good time. The quality and workmanship are excellent. The deck and fence are top notch, and have met and surpassed all our expectations. We have gotten some nice compliments from the neighbors. Kevin is reliable, is a very good communicator, and is a pleasure to work with. He does great work and I highly recommend Good Remodeling.

Everything was done perfectly. All the details are that he and his workers are ?totally fabulous: totally professional, cleaned up all the mess that happens when you are remodeling, were able to fix a lot of the minor and major things that we needed done.

It was a "good" experience. Came out quickly to bid. Gave fair price (compared to 3 bids). Showed when he said he would and worked cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend without reservation.

I dealt with Kevin on a recommendation from my neighbor. Kevin came by on a Saturday, went over the work scope and provided a quote a few weeks later. I informed Kevin of my desire to move forward and we set a start date of Mid-January. Kevin started the project on January 19th. It was a "full" tear out (to the studs) of the master bathroom (which is connected to my bedroom). The old bathroom was in pretty bad shape, the bath pan was cracked and leaked, towel bars were missing, caulk was turning black and the wall paper was peeling. I looked into the "cover your old walls with a plastic surround guys" some years back and was shocked at the cost. We wanted to expand the walk in shower from a 32" x 32" to a 36" x 36", the remainder of the general layout stayed the same. Kevin provided some tips on where to buy the components, as I wanted to supply the tile, sink, commode, shower pan, faucets, etc, etc... I ended up doing most of my purchasing on-line at Lowes and Home Depot as they did not carry the higher end components in-house. The first day was a messy one (tear out), Kevin's guys did the best they could to contain the mess, this was a 50+ year old bathroom with ceramic tile everywhere. I believe the tear out took two days. Then they revised the studs in the shower area to accommodate the larger shower pan. The rough plumbing was run, the "old" wet insulation was removed and new insulation installed, the subfloor was laid, moisture resistant (purple) drywall was installed, the shower drain was installed, the shower pan was installed, followed by the cement board installation. Kevin's fellows taped the drywall seams using "mesh" tape and mudded the seams. While they waited for the mud to dry, they installed a "new" vinyl floor in the adjoining bathroom, along with a new "solid" wood door/frame combination and bathroom fixtures. They also installed a "new" vinyl floor and door/frame combination in my powder room downstairs. While they were at it I had them change "all" of the nipples and valves in "all" of the bathrooms (that was an adventure in itself). All and all, it took about 2-1/2 weeks for Kevin's fellows to perform their work, he came back a few weeks later to cut holes in the roof to install the vent fans and connect them properly. Pretty much Kevin's guys did it all (plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, studding, paint, toilet and cabinet install). The only thing they didn't do was the ceramic tile installation. I had another contractor perform that aspect of the work. I performed the final painting, caulking around the shower locker, shower door and floor perimeter. I'm a stickler for razor sharp paint lines and clean caulk lines. The new bathroom looks fantastic. I believe working with Kevin throughout the process led to a successful end conclusion. I have Kevin returning in the Spring to install new gutters and downspouts. Kevin was reliable and I found him to be fair and honest.

From start to finish excellent work. He was on time, worked when he said he would. He was very helpful in offering options for handrails, steps, location of stairs and landing and location of posts for the deck. I am very happy with my new deck.
