It was excellent! Look no further than Gino Ledonne if you're looking for this type of work. His price was spot on to concrete industry standards for our region. There were a lot of rain delays in summer of 2015, but as soon as we dried out, Gino and his crew were there. Gino was definitely a 'hands on' contractor. Everything was well organized. He and all of his workers were polite, professional and extremely hard working. The driveway and wall look great! From first site visit, through bid process and project completion, Mr. Ledonne maintained prompt and helpful phone contact, updates and feedback. He is Number 1 in our call back list for future projects.

Food pantry in Northside, spent summer of 2015 raising money so we could have our wheelchair ramps come into compliance with ADA, American Disability Act. I contacted several contractors on Angie's list in Sept/Oct of 2015. Several told me that since this was an interior job,it could be performed in the off season and they would give me a better price, off-season. All the contractors were very busy finishing projects before frost would arrive. After Christmas I contacted about ten Angie's List contractors again. I ended up with four who bid on the job and two who refused the job after looking at it-One refused because he didn't have large enough equipment to be used indoors. He had backhoe and such for outdoor work but no jackhammers for this interior job. I don't know why the other contractor refused to bid the job. Bids came in at $6,400-6,800, except for Gino's at $4,800, our community service was important to him, and may have caused him to lower the bid price. Because this is a busy pantry open three days a week, work had to be performed over a weekend. We, the client, did not care which weekend, contractor could choose. His chosen weekend he showed up one man short [late morning sick call off] and his dump truck was surprised to find itself working during the winter and was chugging, coughing in a very unwell manner. Gino aborted the project [two hours later got the dump truck running well enough to leave] and tried again the next weekend. We ran into an unexpected plumbing waste line during demo[we had checked the main part of the hallway with a plumber the year before and the pipes were three feet down-the unexpected pipe was in a different, unchecked location]. Gino opened up the area around the pipe for the plumber graciously. He then offered to contact his certified plumber, who showed up within the hour, and was gone -job rerouted, properly done to code- within two hours, after going out for parts. The pour was on time and all work was done to better than expectations, cleanliness was an issue, dust from cutting and jack hammer couldn't get throughout a food facility. We were charged an extra $400 through Gino for the plumber, which was easier for us to have a check cut to a known entity rather than having to start a new Purchase Order. The extra cost was very reasonable and was all taken in stride. I will call Gino again for concrete work. He seems a nice guy, worked well with me, a female.

Gino was very prompt in calling me back and answering any questions I had. He was very detailed with his work and frequently had me come look at things to make sure we were pleased before he continued to work. The porch looks wonderful! We are planning on getting our front walkway and re-done next year and we will definitely be reaching out to Gino.

Gino is great!! Called him and he came out to my house to give me an estimate and discuss exactly what I wanted. It took a little time to schedule the job, but Gino always returned my calls to let me know when he could fit me in. The estimate was what I paid and there were no hidden costs or surprises. He fixed a drainage problem that I had at no extra charge. He checked with me many times throughout the process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the quality of work! Gino is old school Italian.... and they don't make guys like this anymore! Simply the best!! Thanks Gino!!

Gino came to our house after scheduling an appointment over the phone. His office worker/receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We needed an evening appointment or a weekend one because of our work schedules. Gino came on a Sunday morning, on time, and spent about 45 minutes with us discussing our project. We wanted to remove our existing front porch and replace it with a new one, also expand the size, so we could then add a roof. Gino suggested we try an exposed aggregate finish with the concrete. It is the finish where the pebbles, stones show through the concrete. It is so much more attractive looking then plain concrete. He came back with a worker and removed the old porch, hauled away all of the debris and also set up forms in one day. The following day he came with a few more guys and they poured the cement. Let me tell you, it looks gorgeous! We could not be more thrilled! This is something we wanted to do for some time now and we are so glad we did and pleased that we had Gino do the work. He was very prompt, quick and the job looks fabulous. Also, his pricing was competitive with 2 other estimates we received. We went with Gino because of his knowledge and we just felt comfortable with him. He even went and got us a load of mulch, not in contract, and would not take any additional money. So, yes we do recommend Gino and have given his name out to friends and a family member.

They did not preform work for me but they gave me amazing advise that they did not have to do.

New concrete driveway to replace my old one. Gino is a master tradesman, performing high quality work for a fair price. He spends a lot of time laying out the design, building the forms, and making sure everything is just right. We had some special requests when he came out to assess the work and he included them in the contract. When the job started, and it started exactly in the week we both had agreed on, we wanted a small adjustment on the curb he was building out for us. We discussed several possible options and agreed on an approach and he called me out several times during the day as he was building out the forms, to make sure he was building it as we agreed and to ask me if this is what I was expecting. The final job looks GREAT!!!!! The whole driveway looks wonderful and the curb changes we made came out as we expected. I have had several neighbors stop and ask me who did my driveway. I would highly recommend Gino.

Gino was very responsive, he returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He showed up early to do the job and was in and out in 2 days. He replaced my existing asphalt driveway and sidewalk and took out a flowerbox. He replaced everything with concrete just as we discussed. He made some great suggestions and I am very happy with the end result! We are planning on getting quotes from Gino to replace sidewalks at the office.

The guy’s name is Gino Ledonne. My main like would be the quality of their work. It was excellent. He was just really backed-up. He took a long time to get to me. I guess that is what you expect when you hire a really good person. The price was great. I think I got five bids and he was the cheapest. The quality was beautiful. He always answers the phone. I never left him a voice mail. He was there as soon as he said he was going to be. I would use them again in the future one-hundred percent.

Gino was highly responsive to my request. Unfortunately my project didn't fall into his expertise. Even so he was very polite and professional!

He was punctual and very pleasant. He even went to look at another walkway which I admired and would hope to have a similar effect at our home. I'll update once the work is started and finished.

We have recommended him to various people. He was very efficient, and he got it done very quickly. He was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. We had some drainage issues, and he took care of them, and he didn't charge us any more than what they bid was for.

My driveway has only been in place for a few weeks, but it looks great. It also looks like it was well done. So far I'm very happy I chose Gino!

.Called Gino in May and requested an estimate. Gino came to our house the following weekend, measured areas to be replaced, and discussed the work we wanted done. He called later the same day and gave us his estimate. After all other estimates came in, I decided Gino's was the best value for the price and called him to let him know I'd like to schedule the work. He let me know (as he did when he first came to measure) that we were in his busy season and that it would be late in the summer before he could do the work. That was fine with me (and the other contractors were equally busy) and we agreed he would call me when he was ready to start. Gino called in mid August letting me know he could start August 21. On August 21 Gino and crew arrived, removed all existing concrete, graded beds where new concrete would be poured and partially built forms. August 22nd Gino and crew completed all forms, ran new drains, brought in and compacted gravel, laid in rebar and wire mesh. August 23 - all concrete poured and finished. August 25 - removed forms, sealed concrete, dug foundation for retaining wall and ran first course. August 26 - completed retaining wall. From start to finish only 5 working days - I thought it would take longer. Gino is a true professional. All through the project he oversaw every detail and insured that the job was being done as it should be. He and his crew were easy to talk to and Gino took time to explain what he was doing at each major step. The finished project looks great and gives our property a whole new, and better, look. I've received compliments on how it looks from many in the neighborhood. I highly recommend Gino LeDonne Concrete, High quality work, done by a true professional, at a fair price.

Gino did everything he said he would do and did it extremely well. We had a water drainage problem and Gino met the challenge and figured out how to re-route the water by his design of the concrete driveway and drains. When I look at it and tell people what the result was, I refer to it as an "engineering marvel". We could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience as he not only did great work but associating with him was a pleasure. I can't think of how we could have been more satisfied.

I left a message on 7/14/14 asking for a call back to get an estimate for concrete work at our house. I never received a call back. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Our house got hit by a 10 foot wall of water and the driveway was flooded. He came out immediately and tested and fixed our driveway. I would never call anyone else. I highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with Mr. LeDonne 's service and his work. He answered our calls in a timely way and worked with us to coordinate the timing of the job to fit the many variables in our schedule. We thought we would only be able to do a portion of the sidewalk., but his price came in lower than we thought, so we decided to do the whole sidewalk since he gave us such a good price. He installed 200 ft of six foot wide sidewalk. Our sidewalk looks wonderful and we are exceptionally pleased with all aspects of the project. The two smaller jobs also turned out well and the homeowners are very happy. Watching Mr. Le Donne work with his crew was a treat. They obviously considered him an excellent mentor and respected his expertise. They all worked well together as a team. I have recommended him to several people already and would have no hesitation to recommend him to others on Angie's List. After seeing the job he did at the church and for the other neighbors, numerous people have asked for his name and number.

Contacted Geno and setup up an appointment to get an estimate on May 18 at 8:00 a.m. On May 17 Geno called and left a message letting me know he had to cancel that appointment. I called back and left a message letting Gino know that was fine and that I was ok scheduling for another day. I never received a call back after that.

Response time from when we called for estimate to when he came was excellent. Very prompt for all start times and finished exactly when the promised. A wonderful job by owner and all employees.

One of the slabs began to crack a week after installation. I called him to let him know that there was a problem, and he said he would be fixed. He has yet to fix it.

I noticed this past fall that the side walk ws crumbling. I called him up, and he said that he couldn't do anything until the weather breaks, and that I may have to pay $200 for the concrete. I called him back on 4/10/14 and his attitude was very different. He said that due to rock salt, he wouldn't be able to honor the repair. I advised him that I had been using driveway melt, and not rock salt. He kept repeating that it was rock salt, and I said to him that I would have to go another avenue to get this fixed. He then starting yelling and cursing at me, and said that he would call the concrete company and would call me back. I asked him when I should expect a call back, and he said that he didn't know. He called back 2 hours later, and said that he called his concrete company, and that they would honor the repair. I asked him for a time frame, but he said he couldn't guarantee anything. He wouldn't give me any idea when the work would be done, and started getting really angry and cursing at me again. I asked him if I could get something in writing, and he replied that he didn't have time to be writing things up and dropping them off in people's mailboxes.
