I called for a quote for repointing brick on the 87 year old house, that I purchased 5 years ago. John and his team arrived on a Tuesday morning and after a few hours, it was determined that there were structural problems with the brick, to where, if left untouched, my outer walls would repointing became 5 times more expensive. Two days later, a crack in the foundation which lead from the basement to the outside wall was discovered. A French drain was installed, the crack sealed and project complete. The workers worked on my house for 6 days, including Saturday. The overall fees were 10 times the original quote for the simple repoint, but now this home is structurally sound. The main reason I decided to go with John was because he seemed to be honest and up front and I have a warranty for 25 years, which will transfer, should I sell this home in 10 yrs.

I highly recommend gibson home improvements They installed my French drain in my finished basement. They were so respectful of my belongings and property. They covered my furniture with plastic. Might I add that they worked in the pouring rain and never once complained. When they were finished they cleaned up and you would never know they were there besides seeing freshly poured concrete around the room. The installers are hard working, friendly and respectful.
