Description of Work: I wanted an estimate on my 13 year old furnace and its conditon. Thought I may wish to consider replacing it with the energy rebates currently available. Mr. Gery arrived on time and evaluated my furance thoroughly and measured my home for proper sizing. He did give me a quote and did indicate that my furnace was oversized, but in a most honest fashion, stated that there was nothing wrong with my furnace and, in fact, it was in very good repair. He discouragd me from spending money to replace it, despite the current energy rebates. I thanked him for his honesty and he charged me nothing for his assessment.
