+ -1 moreThey offered me a warranty. They were extremely helpful and willing to negotiate. They had the best price and they gave me a super deal. I was going for a mid-grade line of speakers and they didn't have everything so they upgraded me to the next line up for the speakers so it was really a steal. The overall experience was great. It is top of the line and I have no complaints at all.
Description of Work: I bought a home theater system from Best Buy.

+ -1 moreThis experience was less than satisfactory. After not showing up twice, when I took off a day of work, I called and they told me that they had been there and called my cell phone. This was not true. The second time they didn't show, I called the customer service line, and the rep said it was because of the snowy weather (and it was the summer, so no snow).
Description of Work: The Geek squad was hired to set up a wireless internet router in my residence.

+ 0 moreTHE SERVICEMAN WAS IN A BIG HURRY TO LEAVE. HE PUT VERY LITTLE EFFORT INTO SERVICING OUR REFRIGERATOR.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR FROM BEST BUY AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE FILTER. THE SERVICEMAN CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE FILTER AND THE NEXT DAY THE ICE CUBE MAKER WASN'T WORKING AGAIN.
