I am in my late fifties and they gave me the most thorough eye exam that I?ve ever had in my life. The doctor was really informative and he explained everything he was doing. He took time and didn?t rush you out. The staff was wonderful, punctual and friendly, and everyone really took time with me. They weren?t really expensive.

GATEWAY COMPUTER WAS PURCHASED FEB. 2002 AND WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. THE COMPUTER'S TERMINAL JUST HAD TO BE DROPPED OFF IN THE ROBINSON TOWNSHIP AREA STORE AND WAS DONE IN 6 DAYS.
Description of Work: COMPUTER'S HARD DRIVE HAD BECOME 'STUCK.' COMPUTER WOULD NOT START UP. GATEWAY RESTORED HARD DRIVE AND REINSTALLED SOFTWARE NEEDED TO START-UP SYSTEM.

I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR SERVICE HELP LINE. I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE PERSON, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH. WHEN I WENT TO THE REPAIR STORE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE ONLY REASON I WOULD GO BACK IS BECAUSE OF THE REPAIR STORE. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER GATEWAY COMPUTER THOUGH.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO HAVE A NEW MODEM PUT IN OUR PC. OUR ORIGINAL WARRANTY RAN OUT. IT TOOK HOURS OF TALKING TO THEIR (NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING REPS) CUSTOMER SERVICE I-800 PHONE NUMBER TO TELL US TO TAKE THE PC TO THE NEAREST REPAIR CENTER.
