We contacted Gary Miller for a garage floor problem.He returned our call quickly & we scheduled an appt. We called back a few days later to cancel due to the Coronavirus quarantine and he was very understanding. Almost 2 months later we called to reschedule. Gary came out, gave an evaluation , reviewed all areas of concern and by the next day, gave a written letter of his recommendation for repair. He is very professional, accurate and would highly recommended him.

I called Gary on a Wednesday morning, he scheduled my appointment for that same week on a Friday and presented me with a detailed report the following Tuesday. Awesome! Outstanding! His Structural Engineering expertise is extremely helpful and his report will be disclosed to potential buyers of my home. It is very reassuring to have a thorough report which includes suggested flooring solutions that are options to consider. However, my main objective was to have an expert opinion from someone who specializes in this area to certify that my house is structurally sound and safe to live in. Garyâ s report did that and I would definitely recommend him to any homeowner who may need analysis of structural issues especially in an old house.

You were unprofessional (you crushed on the homeowner) and moody on the job. You left me hanging for my court date and wasted thousands of dollars in lawyers fees. I had to go back for omissions and corrections, and you took no measurements or notes during your visit. You said you did me a favor returning when you did not do the job right the first time. Other inspectors know you and do not think highly of you. You seem to think highly of yourself.
