Due to a home inspectors unqualified assessment of our house foundation we lost the sale of our house. We were at a loss as to what direction to take and decided to get a professional opinion and Gary Miller Engineering came highly recommended. Gary showed up on time for our appointment and quickly went to work inspecting our foundation. Fortunately Gary summarized that the home inspection was incorrect and explained our house foundation to us. He provide a written and certified Structural report in 2 days. We where relieved and able to continue the process of selling our house.

I had spent more than one somewhat sleepless night worrying about the stability my brick and concrete block, detached garage. So, I was very relieved when Gary Miller came over, took pictures and calmly explained to me that my garage was not going to collapse and was salvageable. He also went over the ways in which repairs could be made, all of which I really appreciated. The written report he sent later laid out what he had explained to me verbally and provided additional information that I will use as I start looking into getting the work done. I found Mr. Millerâ s knowledge and expertise greatly reassuring and helpful, and I would recommend him to others who need a structural engineerâ s evaluation.

I called this company to inquire about their services. The call was returned promptly. I have never needed a structural engineer and did not know what to expect.
