I was very satisfied with the services provided by Gary. I needed a Structural Engineer to address my issues with floors that were not level in my house. He responded quickly as soon as a made the request and set up an appointment just as quickly. After looking at all the floors and taking pictures, he wrote up his recommendation which included several options which I could take. I was very satisfied with his srevices and would recommend his to others.

I was trying to refinance my home and Rocket wanted a Structural Engineer Report because my home needed many repairs. I called Gary, he responded quickly, and came to my home within a few days. After looking over my home and taking pictures he sat me down and explained everything. I had the report which was well written and very detailed the next week and sent it to Rocket. Within a week my refinancing was accepted. I was so happy! It has helped me so much!

Gary came to our home, sat down with me and my wife to discuss the project, inspected the areas in detail, provided his thought and suggestions and then provided us his report within few days. Please find a reputable professional. This man took me and my fiance on a quick spiral out of control ride, which we will not soon forget. We needed to hire a structural engineer for a report on our home. This man came, we paid him and two days later when I called to ask where the report was he was agitated, very short and rude then disconnected on us. He called back the next day, and said he was sorry was not feeling well, was on some meds and he would get the report over. That was in July 2021. Here we are in Jan 2022 needing to get the work in our home done, and we contacted Gary due to the report per three construction companies stating the report is not adequate enough. There were no measurements, no diagrams of the work needing to be done nothing, so I put him on with our contractor he was on speakerphone then proceeds to drop a very unprofessional f-bomb on our potential contracting company and hangs upon him. There is something wrong with this man. The contractor said he had never dealt with an engineer that was so disgustingly rude. He was ready to walk off the project. He treated me the same way a little over 6 months prior. Needless to say, we are now having to contact a New Structural Engineer to who we have been recommended, and my advice to you is if you are looking for professional, proper information Gary Miller is Not that gentleman. He seriously has a neurological situation of some sort going on. Truly good luck to anyone who uses the services of this man. We paid 700.00 for a report that is useless to us. We will be seeing him in court.
