I had a short time-frame to have the foundation checked prior to selling my house. Gary was very responsive which, under the time constraints, I really appreciated. His turn around on a report to me was also timely. This allowed me to provide the report to the potential buyers and helped them to make an informed decision to buy the house.

Gary was very nice. He was on time, and when I had detailed questions outside of the initial scope of the project, he was happy to provide some additional advice and guidance. My project has the potential to be pretty big (possibly replacing a main basement support beam, and all floor joist on the first floor, while also considering wall removal and installation of an LVL beam.) Gary he was kind enough to detail three different options for fixing my problem, and he provided a detailed drawing as well. He originally told me he would be able to provide a report within 48 hours. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide it to me in that time-frame, so he took the initiative and re-reimbursed me $150 of his fee. I thought that was very generous, and honorable. And two days later, I had the complete report with all the details. I would gladly recommend him.

He wasn't the least expensive structural engineer but he came when he said he would and provided a detailed report of his findings in a few days. His work allowed us to close on the house we were selling on time.
