Glenn Kenard, Structural Engineer, came to inspect a staircase in my 100 year old house. The staircase had stress cracks in the plaster around it, and the stairs leaned to one side... a scary situation. Glenn was able to analyze the structure and point out the source of the stress cracks and shifting stairs. He reassured me that there was no eminent danger and told me exactly where and how to restore proper support to the stairwell and stairs. Glenn was the best!!!

Their Draftsman/CADD individual Joe Spinnenweber. was excellent to work with. He addressed everyone of my requirements and produce very excellent quality design documents. They have been submitted to the Hempfield Township for approval and building permit. Also included electric requirements. Changes to the documents were discussed and added as needed. They were reviewed by Mr. Miller for engineering specifications. Currently waiting for approval. Will be presenting these document to an contractor this week for cost requirements. Very happy with the result and the skill of the individuals involved.
