They are good that way. The price is close to what they say it will cost. The quality of work is good because whatever they did has worked. They are punctual and professional. Supporting local businesses is important and Angie's List was ideal in finding someone close when we had no knowledge of who or how to select an electrician. The outdoor light fixture installation was not a simple as it appeared on its face but perseverance ruled the day. Thunderstorms delayed the outdoor work but still was completed in a timely manner. Prompt to the minute, ready to work and courteous. Did not request an estimate and do not know what a fair price should be and therefore my rating of the price as "B" should be taken lightly.

Maureen and her brother Kevin did a wonderful job on our upgrade. They worked around our schedule to complete the work, so our young son wouldn't be in the middle of their work. They had the utmost respect for our property, and took the time to explain when they found something that wasn't kosher, or they had to correct a problem they hadn't anticipated. They kept us informed when they had to shut off power to a room, and even the entire house for the change over. They were also very understanding when we wanted to change something, or add something while they were working. They cleaned up after themselves when they finished an area, and did an overall cleanup at the end of the day. Maureen and Kevin genuinely seem to enjoy their work. Having them here was never an imposition or inconvenience. They treated our home as if it were theirs. They were pleasant to talk with and always took a few minutes to greet our dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

RESPONSIVE TO EMAIL CONTACT IMMEDIATELY. CAME WHEN PROMISED. RETURNED TO DO JOB WHEN PROMISED (ON A SATURDAY TO ACCOMMODATE OUR WORK SCHEDULES). INSTALLED FAN AND PATCHED CEILING. VERY PLEASANT, FRIENDLY. WILL ALWAYS CALL THEM FOR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. EVEN RECOMMENDED A PLUMBER!

MAUREEN AND KEVIN HER BROTHER ARE VERY PERSONABLE AND THEY ARE THE SORT OF PEOPLE I HAVE ENJOYED HAVING AROUND. MAUREEN SEEMS TO ENJOY SORTING OUT THE QUIRKS OF OLD HOUSE WIRING, AND DOING IT WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MESS AND OPENING UP WALLS. THEY ALSO PUT IN A NEW BOX FOR US WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND WENT THROUGH THE INSPECTION PROCESS.

CALLED REPEATEDLY AND DID NOT EVER RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
