Description of Work: They replaced our bathtub faucet <$200 including the Kohler faucet. Unplugged laundry room bathroom shower drain <$200, re-arranged gas line to stove/oven <$200 and fixed kitchen sink/dishwasher main pipe <$300 (on a Sunday). | |All plumbing was done in 2014.

Description of Work: My experience with Frew left me with the impression that they are a dishonest company with sneaky sales practices. I called them for an estimate to camera my sewer line and was quoted a specific price. When I called back later in the day to schedule the work, I asked for a written estimate before agreeing to give the them the job. Frew refused to provide a written estimate, and instead provided a new price nearly double the original. Needless to say, I hired another plumber to do the work, and will not consider them again for my future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Hired them to inspect boiler and radiators system. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain all of the parts of the system and proper maintenance. This is our first experience with a boiler system, so we had to learn all the parts. Would definitely use them again.
