They did a good job. Unfortunately though, this problem keeps re-occurring and I probably will eventually need to replace the furnace.

They did a great job. It was several days of over. They were very professional and I would give them a call if I needed plumbing work done. I would call them first. The dad runs the business and the son works for him, the son is a really nice young fellow. He's very polite and has worked on the house with another guy. They got it all taken care of, it was the gas company that held them up.

We needed someone to look into the pipe to see what is going on for our plumber. They had cameras to find what was the problem. It appears he didn't know how to operate the equipment. It resulted in us not getting accurate information, because he didn't diagnose the correct problem.

It did not go well. We had this same issue fixed in 2007 for the price of $563.00. Frew Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning charged me over $5000.00 for this same service using the same materials. After reviewing the timesheets they submitted to me, it seems as though they are charging me for travelling time and loading time. They did not specify that they would be charging for these items in their estimate.

We got him of the Angies list. He was excellent. He was prompt and efficient. He examined our systems and did whatever work that needed to be done for keeping them up and running. He cleaned up after himself. We are very satisfied with his work.

The plumbing company was very good. They were reputable and did good work. They were responsive and punctual. However, they started to add on a very high energy fuel charge and would not give me an answer when I questioned them about it. They also did some things that weren't needed to be done on one of the major projects. I used them for sixteen years, but there were a couple of times when I was not happy with them as I thought I was overcharged.

Frew was referred to us by word of mouth with high praise. We can see why. First, Frew's estimate was extremely detailed, with lots of options and explanation, unlike other companies who give you a handwritten one-page summary or a bunch of brochures. Frew was also very willing to explain his recommendations and listen to our needs. Although Frew wasn't the lowest bid of 5 we received, he was competitive for the quality and service his crew provides. Frew's work includes a lifetime warranty on his workmanship; NONE of the other companies we interviewed had a comparable offer. Frew's work is neat, clean, and craftsmanlike. Despite the significant amount of work they did, his crew left our house as clean as when they arrived. Their work was tiddy and the installers were friendly and well trained. The install required 2 days and the second day my wife and I could not be home. After day one, we had no reservations about leaving Frew's crew home alone to finish the job. When we arrived home, all the documentation was neatly left out for us and the work area was cleaned up. They closed up our house as we asked them too. We would highly recommend this company and will likely turn to them for future plumbing and HVAC work.

I think it was alright. Satisfactory work. They showed up on time.

Wonderful experience. I have used them 2 more times since and have had the same professional and prompted experience. I will use no one else.

HE FIXED A TOILET AND AFTER HE WAS DONE THE TOILET STILL LEAKED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE AND THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT.

THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND ON TIME. THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
