 + -1 moreI had my appointment with the appraiser about 2 weeks after submitting my order due to my own availability. The appointment took about an hour as he measured and photographed all the rooms and asked questions about the properties. He was very efficient and used this neat laser tool to get all of the measurement details quickly. I had the report in my hand about a week later.
Description of Work: Appraiser provided an appraisal report so that I could appeal the Allegheny county assessment on my house and a rental property.
