Description of Work: PROVIDES ROUTINE SERVICING (TWICE A YEAR) AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS AS NEEDED. INCLUDES CHECKING REFRIGERANT, OILING FANS, ADJUSTING GAS BURNER, CHECKING HUMIDIFIER, THERMOSTAT, ETC.
