 + -1 moreI called on 12/28/2015 explained the problem and tne man on the phone said he could have a repairman out on 12/30. We agreed on the time frame of 4-7 pm and that he would call 15 minutes ahead of arrival. On that day I had to leave work early to come home by 4 pm. I. Waited until 7:15 pm and no one had called. So I called back and spoke with a woman who claimed she couldn't locate a record. Then she said some nonsense about either holding or transfering me and hung up on me. I then called back and my call would not go through.
Description of Work: They were supposed to evaluate and then repair my electri oven.
