We were very happy with our experience. Tom and his team showed up on time every morning, and when they left made sure everything was cleaned up. They completed the project within the time frame they said they would. We would definitely use them again for future work.

They were professional, got job done in a timely fashion and easy to work with. Contractors on site continually commented on the high quality of work. We could not have been more pleased.

I had a real good experience with him. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He came in, knew what the problem was and fixed it.

Provider never returned my call so I solicited another provider. The provider called me several days later and apologized for not calling me back and told me about a telephone answering machine malfunction that had caused the delay in their getting my message. I believe they were sincere and will try them again when next in need

Forrester Plumbing and Renovations were very nice, very professional, and I thought the price was reasonable. If I hadn't had my friend do the work then Forrester Plumbing and Renovations is who I would have chosen.

The experience was very satisifactory. Tom is ,extremely,professional, concientious, and honest about his work. He would never do a job without asking the client and never take advantage of a customer for their money. He was always great with my mother who was ,elderly, at the time. I ,highly, recommend his services to everyone,especially, the elderly, who often ripped off by handy men.

Tom is totally professional. He was the plumber on my kitchen remodeling job and did an excellant job. He returned to do some added work for me. He is a top notch person in all he does!

I first heard about Forrester Plumbing from Angie's list. I had Tom do a couple of small jobs (repair leaky kitchen faucet, install replacement sump pump in basement), and I was very happy with his work, professionalism and price. He gave me a very detailed written proposal for the bathroom work. I made numerous changes to my original request for what I wanted in the bathroom, and all updates to the cost of the job (based on my changes) were detailed in writing and agreed upon before the work began. The whole job took about a week and a half from start to finish, with another couple of days of waiting to use the shower (for grout and caulk to dry). Tom offered to leave the unfinished tile covered each day so the tub could be used before the whole job was finished, but this was unnecessary because there is another shower in the house. But the bathroom could have been used during the construction if needed. There was a small problem with a leak that I noticed about 2 weeks after the job was finished. Tom came over and took care of it right away, even though it was a holiday weekend. The final price was less than the original bid. I would much rather have a contractor bid high to give themselves a buffer and then reduce the final price instead of bidding low to get a job and then have to keep tweaking the price up because some complication(s) came up. Cleanup at the end of each day was reasonable. Tom's helpers were courteous.

Great - he showed up on time to give an estimate, was polite and professional and knowledgeable. He submitted a very competitive bid. When we decided to use his services, he and his wife worked the schedule to fit us in sooner than later since we were unable to use our kitchen sink. He and his associate arrived on time to do the work, did a great and complete job, cleaned up well after themselves and completed the job on time and exactly on budget. We were very pleased.

I thought it was very fair. They were professional and nice. We have not made a decision yet.

I was very happy with the service I got from Forrester. We had another plumber give us an estimate and he wanted to replace the entire line. Forrester communicated directly with the gas company to determine exactly what was necessary, pressure tested the entire system, and corrected the problem at a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the line. I will definitely use Forrester if I ever need a plumber again.

I struggle to find the words; I was tempted to leave my husband of 29 years for Tom the plumber! Joking aside, it was the best experience in home improvement I or my friends and family have had. He was a perfectionist committed to doing the job right and getting it done in a timely fashion. He was very neat; I swear there were days it was cleaner than when he started. He hauled away debris, wiped off dirty surfaces and hid/removed bulky equipment making sure the room was as usable as possible--inconvenience to us was kept to a minimal. He was honest with the estimate, prompt in getting started and kept us informed of his progress. He was always friendly and professional. He made you feel like you were his only client. We will continue to use his services whenever possible.
