Great! The individual I was referred to made about a dozen leather buttons (I needed five) and sewed them on the chair / ottoman combination. He was extremely helpful and very reasonably priced.

Jeff was wonderful!!! Talented and courteous, prompt and polite - can't say enough about his work!!!!! Would hire him again in a heartbeat!!!! The sofa looks like new!!!

Had several conversations about problem by email and phone with Jeff before he came out. He was very responsive and communication was great. I had sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me a price estimate before appt. He called the day before appt to confirm. He was very professional and personable and did an EXCELLENT job with repair. You can not even tell that the couch was ever damaged. I would highly recommend this company!

It went well. The leather was showing signs of wear, no tears or damage needed to be repaired. He used his products to clean, condition and protect the leather, and it looked significantly better after his treatments.

He ended up up replacing the back cover. The sofa looks like new again, he did a fantastic job! I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to other people.

Exceptionally well. It's amazing how good the repair looks. The pictures of repairs from his website are spot on. Saved me from buying a new loveseat.

I emailed, and got an immediate response. We set up a day and time, and he arrived when he said he would. I have an eight piece leather sectional which had not been cleaned in a year. He cleaned it beautifully, and cleaned it the proper way. I was always fearful of cleaning it myself, because I didn't want to damage it by using the wrong product or doing it the wrong way. He cleaned it thoroughly and gently. I also had some wear on the seating surfaces, places that the color was worn off the leather, and a few surface scratches from my kids and the dogs. He applied new dye and a finishing sealer coat to these areas. The leather on the sofa looked like brand new. He did a great job. The leather of my car interior needs some attention. I plan on having him clean that too. I was extremely satisfied with the job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have two leather sofas that needs to be repaired. I called Jeff and he was very nice over the phone. He asked me about how the sofa was damaged and asked me to send him a picture. So I did. He replied to me that his repair won't solve my problem and the cushion needs to be replaced. He recommended another company to me. Although I found the company that he recommends was not good, I feel Jeff is very professional. I will use him again in the future.

Jeff arrived on time. He was very careful in the house. The end result was better than I expected.

I knew I need to have my leather couch cleaned, but didn't know anything about how to have it down or who should do it. I didn't have any friends or neighbors with any experience in this area so I relied on Angie's List. I found Fibrenew Three Rivers and emailed them. Jeff promptly returned my emails and we emailed back and forth about the couch, price and a date/time. It is so much easier to use email to set this kind of thing up and I was impressed with Jeff's responsiveness. When he got here for our appointment, he immediately impressed me by putting on booties before coming into the house. Right away I sensed this was going to be a quality job. He then examined the couch and told me what he could and could not do; and where he had concerns. One arm was slightly damaged by my dog. He cleaned and conditioned the couch and it looks great. Also educated me on how to take care of leather (without trying to sell me anything)...which was great. He was also very patient with my dog who tried to sit on "his" couch while he was working.

Over all the quality of the repair far exceeded our expectations. Jeff did a fabulous job matching the color of the sofa and reinforcing the damaged area. The repair took approximately 2 hours from the time he arrived until he finished. We will absolutely call Jeff again for any of our leather furniture repairs, including a torn car seat in one of our vehicles.

I had an expensive leather recliner which was still in good shape mechanically but very badly faded from ten years in a bright room. Jeff came within a few days of my calling him and gave me an estimate for ''recoloring'' it in whatever color I wanted and estimated that it would take two weeks. He picked it up a few days later when he was in my area with an relatively empty van. It took him a few days longer than the two weeks, but only a few. When he returned it, he also repaired a few minor ''nicks'' in a new leather sofa I had just bought. He did a very good job on the recliner - it looks almost new, but a different color than it was originally. Jeff was very pleasant to work with and handled the whole job in a very professional way. I will definitely use him again if I need such services.
