came to fix a problem with our old furnace cracked block was found and showed and explained to us in a way we could understand could not be repaired it was leaking carbon monoxide from crack gave us an estimate for different models and a air cleaner because we have asthsma we picked from their recommendations and set a date and time to do the work they arrived on time and explained everything cleaned up when finished a few months later we purchased air conditioneing unit from them and had the same positive outcome I would recommend them highlt

Our furnace broke on a Friday night, coinciding with the first snowfall of the year. We called Fazio on Saturday morning around 9:30 and they were at our house by 12:30 that same day. They spent about an hour or so troubleshooting the problem, at which point they determined that we needed an entirely new furnace. They gave us a good deal on a hig efficiency model and planned to come on Tuesday to install. We have a 5 month old baby, so we were eager to get the heat going as soon as possible (it got down to 49 degrees inside). On Sunday afternoon Russ called and said he could rearrange his schedule so that his team could come to install the new furnace on Monday instead of Tuesday. They arrived by 8:30 that morning and had the heat up and running by noon. Our house was back to normal temperature in less than an hour after that. The guys spent the rest of the afternoon installing the chimney liner and relocating the A/C tubing and humidifier. They were done by 3:00 and left our basement even cleaner than when they arrived. The entire time they were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone, whether it's an emergency situation like ours or a planned project.

They were very punctual. Spent some time trying to assess the problem. They listened well to the issues I was having and did general maintenance of the furnace. When they were doing general maintenance, they found the problem and fixed it then and there. I thought the price was very fair and they were very professional. I will definitely use them again if I have other issues.

I had excellent service from Fazio in the fall of 2008. The technican was punctual, informative, and spotless. So I called them again to come out and do the annual service on my furnace. I get an answering service and they have not returned my calls.

This was an emergency because the weather was getting very cold. They came out quicker than they said and got right to work. The only problem is they could have cleaned up better.

Called for service on heating at 4:30 PM but had other calls and will not come.

Installation went very smoothly and quickly. It was exactly as described. Actually it was better than described because the warehouse sold out of my model and bumped my unit up to a more efficient model. Russell Fazio just passed the benefit on to me free of charge congratulating me on my good luck. I would describe Fazio Heating and Cooling as knowledgeable, trustworthy and very professional.

They were very prompt. They replaced our heater. They gave us a larger air conditioner they we were suppose to get. They cleaned up after themselves.

They did a great job, especially with planning and constructing the new air intake/exhaust outflow from the high efficiency furnace. They came up with a great plan for these pipes which involved running through a concrete wall, up into another room, hidden under the floor joists. The design was perfect and unobtrusive. The furnace worked great. They also figured out how to snake new wires from the basement to the digital thermostat. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They also re-did the water heater venting in an improved fashion. I had 3 bids for the job and their bid was the best.

They inspected the furnace and installed a humidifier, digital thermostat and an electronic media filter that gets checked with their annual inspection. Overall, I think they were very good, and I would certainly hire them again. However, they brought the wrong thermostat and had to come back with the right one. Also, they incorrectly hooked up the air conditioner and it wasn't working. They did come back to fix it, and I believe they are very honest people. They were very business-like and courteous.

We did a walk through of the home with Mr. Fazio and established a plan for how the work was to be completed. That plan was not adhered to. While we were away, Fazios decided to cut holes in our hardwood floors, without our permission, and run all of the ductwork up the corners of our rooms, leaving it all exposed similar to a warehouse. Their solution was that we "box everything in", when the initial plan was to place the ductwork within the walls. When we asked for time to ensure the completed work was done properly, Fazio became upset and offered to finish part of the job, but wanted to collect the total balance due. After we brought in multiple HVAC contractors to assess the work, all of whom were in complete disbelief at what Fazios had done, we told Fazios that they were not to return and the remaining balance would be put towards finishing the job correctly. Fazios then sued us to collect the remaining balance while stating that they didn t want to complete the work.

They came promptly. They are also available 24 hours a day and they will come right away if you have an emergency. They came in uniforms. Their prices are good and so is their quality of work. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Fazio Heating & Cooling made a mistake in the installation because they did not tell us we needed to have a new chimney liner. Because of that, moisture collected and damaged the chimney. They did come on time and were very professional and neat. The price was excellent but I don't remember well enough to state what it was.

Great. They were very responsive and squeeze me in that day. The technician who helped this time, was the same one I had for the first job, and I appreciated that he recognized my address and came again. Each time they followed up with a phone call to ensure the heat was on and still working a few hours later. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Showed up on time, worked through lunch to finish the job in one day. They came in right at the estimate. The two guys were respectful, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would certainly hire them again.

The heating went off overnight; we woke up cold. The outside temperature was 15 degrees F. I called Fazio at 07:58 and spoke to a real person. Russ Fazio returned my call at 08:00, and told me someone was on his way. The workers arrived at 08:30, found the problem, which was a bad ignitor, explained to us what it was, and how much it was going to cost to fix it, and got on with it. They cycled the furnace to make sure it was working, tidied up after themselves, and were on their way by 08:45, leaving us with the warm, cozy feeling of not having paid too much for a lightning fast job. This was a great experience, and we'll use Fazio again.

THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT AWAY. GAVE ME A REAL FAIR PRICE ON AMERICAN STANDARD CENTRAL AIR AND FURNACE, VERY REASONABLE. THE ONLY THING WAS, THE WORKER SHOWED UP ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATE. THEY HAD ALMOST ALL OF IT DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. IT WORKS FANTASTIC. NO COST FOR EMERGENCIES FOR 5 YEARS. THESE 2 GUYS WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME THE SECOND DAY AND DID A NICE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

RUSS WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE DETERMINED THE BEST WAY FOR US TO HEAT OUR UPSTAIRS.
