+ -1 moreThe install guys were great but the office people were a nightmare...disorganized and argumentative. They charged my credit card without authorization and added on extra for??? When I called them on it they backed down. They out and out lied to me several times and created a very difficult situation between my designer and me, telling the designer things that simply were not true. I had gone to them becasue a friend had used them for a similar job but now that I am more educated about the sign installation process and who is available to do it in Pittsburgh I would never go back. A small business person has enough aggravation without having to deal with people like this.
