I hired Exceptional Exteriors and Renovations but the work hasn't started yet. So far, it has been great dealing with this company.

The work crew was excellent. The foreman answered questions and even offered to do something extra. The work was completed in 2 days. There was very good communication about work schedules, etc. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them.

They explained everything they were going to do.

The entire process from initial contact to the quote to payment options to contract to execution of work was fast, efficient, clear, well-communicated and relatively stress free. Installed new roof on house and detached garage. Up-graded shingles and underlayment at no extra charge.

I am totally pleased with the quality of the work and with the professionalism of the company. Although we had a few days of rain, the roof was completed within a week. The team was very friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a roof installed.

The team sent to our house were professional, and efficient. We were very concerned about taking time off work to be home but they completed our job in one day; roofing, gutters, and clean up. They had to remove three layers of shingles so you know they had quite the task ahead of them. I would hire this business to do other jobs for my home. I highly recommend them!

I hired the contractor to construct an addition onto my living room. The construction of the foundation, framing, and roof went very well. However, the finish work on the addition was of very poor quality. I have malfunctioning light switches, carpet peeling up, window trim falling off, warped plywood flooring that is noticeable thru the carpet, and unrepaired holes in my ceiling from the electricians. Not to mention that I have spent a very significant amount time and money fixing my yard since they have been gone, even though I was told that they would put it back the way they found it.

I was told that it would take two days to complete the roofing job. That morning they were to start, I called to postpone the project because it was going to snow that night., with 2-3 inch's. They told me not to worry, they were bringing in extra help. They started at 7 a.m., removed two layers of shingles, and the old roof vents, by noon they had half of the house complete, the other half by 4:30 then started the porch roof, They finished up (including clean up) around 5:30 p.m. (in the dark)

My wife and I were very pleased with the price, quality of work and the exceptional workers that represented the company. I will use them again in the future as the need arises.
