+ -1 moreAfter calling Mr. Kuty, he instructed me how to set up my computer so he could access it via the Internet. He took control, and worked diligently, calling me occasionally to reboot my laptop, and hit certain buttons. He was thorough and made sure I was happy with the work he had done, once he was completed.
Description of Work: Mr. Kuty provided me with computer repair remotely. Evariware is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and I live outside of Philadelphia, six hours away. With my permission, Mr. Kuty was able to take over the control of my computer, and spent a couple of hours cleaning it, and making it perform better. I am more than pleased with the work he did, and will use his services again in the future.
